I'm filling that info, but they are asking me questions I don't know. They ask if destination is Tanzania Mainland or Zanzibar, I know it's both, but they don't give me that option. Port type, I assume it's all "Roads" (I paid for the fast plane trip from Zanzibar to Arusha, but that's still Tanzania), but they ask for "Port of Entry", and I'm not sure which one, as well as "Port of departure". They also ask for the Host. I put "company/organization" and "G Adventures", but they ask for a mobile phone and an email, which I'm not sure I have. The ask then for "Company name/Organization registration No" and "Relationship" (client, I guess). Then they ask where am I going to stay and a Physical address. Maybe there are more questions, but I can't go to the next page until I answer those I've told you. You should give a document with all the visa indications and answers, it's very complex without guidance.

I will also need this information for the Malawi visa (they ask a lot too, almost a dealbreaker): - Covering letter from the host in Malawi (Must be signed by Host) - Covering letter from Agent or Accommodation booking (Must be signed by Agent) - Details/ Number of Entry Carrier - Entry port - Amount of money to be spent in Malawi - Dates (I've calculated march 26 to 30, please confirm). Also dates for the rest of the countries, please. - Reference and Address at Place of Visit in Malawi - Contact Number at Place of Visit in Malawi - Number of people travelling together - Tourists Attraction to be visited - Tour operator (G-Adventures or TourRadar?) - Type of accommodation - Address - Contact number - Email ID. And for Kenya Eta Visa, they ask for Land Border Crossing. Don't know if they ask more, they won't let me pass this page. They ask for a lot!!! You should really give us a guideline!

  Can you give details of camping, like is it a permanent setup, do we have flush toilet and shower? Is it a private setup or we have to share with others?

  Most campsites will have flush toilets and showers with some exceptions. You'll camp in canvas dome tents that are put up and taken down at each campsite. It's participation camping so you'll help set up camp and cook. Camping gear is supplied except sleeping bag and pillow. You'll share accommodations with another solo traveller of same gender.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
