Day 4, gives you the transition through the dry Damaraland, meeting beautiful tribal faces, and capturing the mist of the skeleton coast, while witnessing a skeleton in the form of the Zeila Shipwreck. Before heading to the Desert on Day 5, you can decide to embark on a Sandwhich Harbour excursion or a walk on the beach. Day 6 welcomes an early morning full of activies and fun in the Dunes. From the beautiful Dune 45, the breathtaking Deadvlei or the awe in height of Big daddy and Big mama dunes, you get to expeirnce it all. On your final day, you visit solitaire, while smulging on a delcious apple pie, before saying goodbye to fellow travellers as you are dropped off at accommodation of your choice in Windhoek. All rooms are ensuite suite-bathrooms. If you are not comfortable with sharing with a person from the same gender, and woruld rather wnat your space, then definately opt for Single Supplement. How much is the single room supplement? What will the weather be like? Is it possible to take photos during sunrise and sunset?

Single room rate is an additional NAD5400. It is summer in Namibia so it can be very hot and rain is possible. For sunset and sunrise photos, let me know the specific place you have in mind.

Is there a shared room for this tour and are the vehicles fully airconditioned?

Our bookings are made on a willing-to-share basis. If you are willing to share with another traveller of the same gender, we apply the sharing rate. If you prefer to have a single room, there is an additional single supplement charge of N$5000. We have climate control in our vehicles. Namibia can get very hot, and the air conditioning cools down the passenger area of our vehicles, but not as cold as you will experience in an SUV.

Is it possible to arrive on 24th and have airport pick up and extra night at Hilton as part of this package or must I book separately?

Yes, we will pick you up free of charge on any day, as long as you are booked with us. The Hilton will be an additional fee of N$3,500 per night, which includes breakfast.

We want a private trip for 10 people, 5 adults and 5 young people. We want to travel by Jeep except for long distances. We want to see fewer places but better. We don't want to drive 500kms in a day and 300kms the next day. We want good comfort, like 4-star hotels, not 5-star.

I would like 7 days on site plus travel time.

Is it possible to do a triple room and triple rate?

At all the accommodation establishments; the rooms are made on a Twin share basis. We can only accommodate two on a Twin share basis and the third traveller can pay a single supplement to have a single room. The single supplement for this said safari is just N$4500. As for the rate, it remains as it is listed on our platform and it is per person sharing.

I am a single traveler, would love a tour through Namibia and this tour has my interest in particular. Could you tell me if this tour is definitely going on the 27th of march? Or are there no other bookings yet? I would love to do a group tour, so I would love to hear from if there are also other people that are traveling with me on the 27th of march if I would book this trip.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 7th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 7th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Chameleon Safaris Namibia. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
