We have had some internal company changes regarding the team member responsible for client feedback, and unfortunately a few reviews were not followed up on as quickly as they should have been. We are now fully set up to stay in touch, listen properly, and respond more consistently to our travellers. We appreciate you clarifying your experience, as this kind of feedback is very helpful for us. You are correct that our pre-departure information explains that we generally do not play music during safari drives, as musical preferences can vary widely within a shared group vehicle. That said, we fully understand your concern. The experience you described is not the standard we have or uphold at Chameleon Safaris. Every guest should feel comfortable, included, and respected throughout the journey. Your feedback has made a difference. We have taken this back internally and have added these points to our guide training and orientation, including shared vehicle etiquette, awareness of volume, communication between guide and guests, and making sure the atmosphere on tour remains respectful and inclusive for everyone. We are sorry that this was not your experience at the time, but we are grateful that you brought it to our attention.
