As we currently have 7 confirmed bookings. Return Flight Time (8:00 PM) Yes, a flight at 8:00 PM (20:00) on the return Sunday should be perfectly fine. We generally advise clients against booking flights on the same day due to potential delays on the road. However, if everything goes smoothly, you should arrive back in Windhoek between 14:00 (2:00 PM) and 15:00 (3:00 PM), giving you plenty of time before your 8:00 PM flight.

Do we also stop by Walvis Bay? Plus, I also want to ask that there is any tour departing on Saturday.

The last stop is Swakopmund yes. You will however have lunch at the lagoon in Walvis Bay. Furthermore, there is also a 3 day Etosha Budget Camping trip departing Swakopmund on Saturday.

Is it possible to do a hot-air balloon ride as part of the tour?

Unfortunately the hot-air balloon ride is not possible at all on our scheduled tours.

Could you kindly confirm the exact end time of this adventure on the last day? Would you be able to assist in arranging 1 night pre accommodation?

The tour will end from 15h00 to 15h30 on the Tuesday afternoon. We will be able to assist with accommodation the night before the start of the tour. It is of the utmost importance that our client is aware that this option starts in Swakopmund.

What will the price be for pre-night and post-night accommodation? What will be the total cost?

Backpacker style: N$850 per night. Hotel standard: N$3500.

I am interested in booking this tour. But I would prefer single accommodation. Is it possible to pay a single supplement?

Please kindly note that for a Single supplement it would cost you an additional fees of N$1200 which can be paid upon arrival. As for the Safari, you can just book it now on this platform.

How would I get to Swakopmund if we are flying from Capetown?

You can actually fly directly to the coast, look for a flight with South African Airways from Cape Town to Walvis Bay. Walvis Bay is 30 minutes from Swakopmund.

Three of us were stuck in the back row and all of us felt sick for the 5 hr ride there and back (each way) because the back of the bus was extra crazy bumpy. I would suggest mandatory seat changes so that the same people don’t get the best seats in the front row the whole time etc.Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
