Why is your price higher than what is listed on the G Adventures website for the same tour?

Upon reviewing the details, we have confirmed that the price for the tour on May 16th is indeed 1,781 CAD per person on both our website and the operator's website. It's possible that price variations might occur depending on the chosen dates, as prices can fluctuate with availability. We kindly suggest ensuring the same dates are being compared when checking prices to ensure consistency.

Do you provide travel guarantee letter required for e-visa holders from India

We can provide proof of travel and hotel list for where you will be visiting as well as any letter of guarantee

When I go to check out it has an option for 3 in a room. If I book 2 adults and 1 child (12yo) will we be 3 in a room or would we be 1 adult and 1 child in one room and one room with 1 adult and another solo traveler?

Also, if I was to book the 2 room option for $400 more do would these rooms have a connecting door between them?

Is it possible to add three of us to your tour?

Our April 11th departure for the tour Best of Egypt is sold out. We could see about requesting the spaces for the Apr 8th, 19th, 20th, 25th, 26th, or 27th instead?

I'd like to price the itinerary. We prefer to stay at Steigenberger Achti with Nile view rooms & balcony. There are 4 guests, and we will need 2 rooms at each location. The price quoted is $2,325 which includes everything, and private tour guide in Luxor.

Our tours are sold as set packages with a predetermined itinerary, and unfortunately, we do not offer customization options. The accommodations included are: Simple hotels (6 nights, 2-3 star hotels) and Sleeper train (1 night).

  Triple rooms are on a request basis only and not a guarantee and there might be additional costs involved, but we can request that from the local office once the tour has been confirmed. Should the triple room not be confirmed, we can look at a twin/double and a "my own room" where one of the adults need to room with the 12 y/o for safety. The adjoining room cannot be guaranteed but we can make a note.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
