The majority of hostels are mixed dorms. A couple of hostels do offer female dorms but this is dependent on availability, and we cannot always guarantee a female-only dorm. We have two tour options: NZ Adventure (9-day group tour) and NZ Intro (includes additional work and travel setup services). Cancellation policy: More than 30 days prior - 25% cancellation fee, free date change. Less than 30 days prior - 100% cancellation fee applies. We do not have WhatsApp but you can call us during UK office hours.

Is transport available from the airport?

Yes, an airport shuttle is available 24/7 to pick you up and drop you off at the hostel where the group stays.

Are there alternative payment methods available for the tour?

Yes, several payment options are available. You can discuss your preferred payment method with us.

What should I do if I arrive late on the first day?

If arriving late, notify us in advance, and be sure to check in at the hostel reception. Your group leader will be informed of your arrival time.

We have 4 passengers interested in this tour, however, their ages go from 35 to 55 years old, Is it possible for them to take this tour? Does it have an extra cost?

Unfortunately the hostels we stay at in New Zealand do not accept anyone over the age of 39, so we wouldn't be able to accept any bookings over this age I'm afraid.

What time would my flight need to arrive on Day 1 (February 8th, 2025)? How are airport transfers arranged?

You can arrive at any time on day 1, we recommend trying to arrive before the evening, as there is a welcome dinner around 7pm which we would love for you to join. Your pick up is a pre arranged shuttle which departs every 30 minutes.
