  I understand that accommodation on this tour is mostly multi-share / dorm style. Could you please confirm if there is any option at all for private or single room accommodation during the trip? If not, could you recommend any similar tours that offer a "My Own Room" or private room option?

    Yes, our accommodation on this trip is all multi-share dorm rooms. If you would like to have your own room throughout the trip, we can certainly look into the possibility of a private room for you.

    Everything listed for the tour is included in the price but for NZ we do have a few optional activties that our group members may want to book with their group leader:

    -Skydiving (jumps start from $329). Photo + Video packages come at an additional cost. Packages range from $139-$300.
    -Bungy Jump - 47m (from $275).
    -Canyon Swing (from $240).
    -Tongariro Crossing (from $130). *Closes for Winter 30th June-30th October*.
    
    ROTORUA:
    -Zorbing (from $45-$175).
    -Zipline Canopy Tour (from $179-$249).
    -White Water Sledging (from $139).
    -White Water Rafting (from $135).
    -Hell's Gate Baths & Mud Spa (from $85).
    -Hell's Gate Geothermal Walk (from $42).
    -Hell's Gate Experience - combo of above (from $105).

    Can these extras be booked afterwards or do they need to be booked with the initial booking?

    These extras can be booked when in NZ! No need to pre-book or add to booking prior! The group leader will go through all the optional extras at the beginning of the tour and see how many others would like to book!

  Can I share the dorm accommodation with women only? Can you advise the difference between the two tours on 23rd Jul for 9 days with different prices? What's the cancellation and change policy? Can someone connect with me on WhatsApp?

    The majority of hostels are mixed dorms. A couple of hostels do offer female dorms but this is dependent on availability, and we cannot always guarantee a female-only dorm. We have two tour options: NZ Adventure (9-day group tour) and NZ Intro (includes additional work and travel setup services). Cancellation policy: More than 30 days prior - 25% cancellation fee, free date change. Less than 30 days prior - 100% cancellation fee applies. We do not have WhatsApp but you can call us during UK office hours.

    Yes, an airport shuttle is available 24/7 to pick you up and drop you off at the hostel where the group stays.

    If arriving late, notify us in advance, and be sure to check in at the hostel reception. Your group leader will be informed of your arrival time.

  We have 4 passengers interested in this tour, however, their ages go from 35 to 55 years old, Is it possible for them to take this tour? Does it have an extra cost?

    Unfortunately the hostels we stay at in New Zealand do not accept anyone over the age of 39, so we wouldn't be able to accept any bookings over this age I'm afraid.

  What time would my flight need to arrive on Day 1 (February 8th, 2025)? How are airport transfers arranged?

    You can arrive at any time on day 1, we recommend trying to arrive before the evening, as there is a welcome dinner around 7pm which we would love for you to join. Your pick up is a pre arranged shuttle which departs every 30 minutes.
