Can you please provide the quote for renting camping gear?

For our Yosemite Grand Escape Camping Tour (3 Days), we provide 4-person tents, with 2 guests sharing each tent, as well we provide sleeping pads for each traveller. If you would like to rent a sleeping bag, the rental fee is $30 per sleeping bag for the duration of the trip.

Can I still make a reservation on Jul 3? I see from your website that it's full but seeing some spots here

At the moment, we are fully booked for July 3rd and unfortunately don't have any additional availability. If your dates are flexible, we'd be happy to check other options for you! Just let us know what works best.

Are we expected to carry all our belongings with us, or is gear transported between campsites? I ask because I have a minor issue with my right shoulder—while I can comfortably carry a day pack, I wouldn't be able to manage anything heavy.

We tow a trailer on the tour where you can safely store your belongings. The trailer is locked when we leave camp; however, please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. You'll only need to carry a small day pack with the essentials during the hikes, so you won't have to manage any heavy gear between campsites.

how long will the hikes be every day?

Our guides will offer the group a variety of options for activities each day. You can choose which hikes and activities are appealing to you. They can range from 1-2 miles to longer depending on which options you choose.

do you have any dates that has all female traveler?

While we don't have a tour exclusively for female travelers on Monday, August 4th, 2025, we do want to assure you that our Yosemite Escape Camping Tour is a welcoming experience for all. Although the tour is mixed-gender, we always separate tent accommodations by gender, so women share tents with women, and men with men.

I'm visiting from New Zealand and want to do a 3-day hike, but the only days I have free are the 30th of August to the 1st September. Experienced tramper, so happy to be semi-guided if that helps

The trip that you have listed is not a 3-day hike, but rather a 3 day experience. We stay at a campground just outside the park and we do day hikes in Yosemite. If you are looking for something overnight in the back country, this would not be the experience you are looking for. If you have a plan, we could provide transportation to the park.

Our guide Isaiah was fantastic! Fun, enthusiastic, flexible, and endlessly patient, even with the members of our group who struggled with the basics of how to function on a group tour. He was very attentive and helped with any requests he could. Some feedback for the tour company, the campsite was right next to the highway, so instead of waking up to birds and mountain sounds we were awoken a few times per night by semi-trucks and traffic noises. Also the gear is pretty worn out, so the sleep pads did not supply much padding and the sleeping bag was a child’s indoor sleeping bag which provided minimal warmth. 😅 Isaiah kindly helped with problem solving so the second night was a bit more comfortable, but obviously the materials he is given are out of his control. Overall more positive than negative, would say go ahead and give it a try!Show more

This camping trip was the perfect way to experience Yosemite for the first time. Incredible Adventures was very quick to respond to questions before the trip started. Our guide showed us how to set up and take down our tents during our trip. The hikes were all self-paced with the guide accompanying the slowest hiker. We were being informed of our itinerary as the day went on (if possible even accommodated to wishes), and also did a quick briefing of the next day, at night. We were able to modify the routes to our abilities, if needed. Our guide Noah did a great job of sharing the history of our surroundings, answering questions and making the best of our time there by making us feel safe and motivating everybody so each one of us could enjoy the beautiful views and get the full experience of Yosemite in those short three days.
