    Are we expected to carry all our belongings with us, or is gear transported between campsites? I ask because I have a minor issue with my right shoulder—while I can comfortably carry a day pack, I wouldn't be able to manage anything heavy.

      We tow a trailer on the tour where you can safely store your belongings. The trailer is locked when we leave camp; however, please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. You'll only need to carry a small day pack with the essentials during the hikes, so you won't have to manage any heavy gear between campsites.

      While we don't have a tour exclusively for female travelers on Monday, August 4th, 2025, we do want to assure you that our Yosemite Escape Camping Tour is a welcoming experience for all. Although the tour is mixed-gender, we always separate tent accommodations by gender, so women share tents with women, and men with men.

      The trip that you have listed is not a 3-day hike, but rather a 3 day experience. We stay at a campground just outside the park and we do day hikes in Yosemite. If you are looking for something overnight in the back country, this would not be the experience you are looking for. If you have a plan, we could provide transportation to the park.
