Dear Govind, Thank you for sharing your insights with us regarding your tour. We are saddened to learn that certain aspects of the tour did not meet your expectations. Following our discussion regarding the AC issue, we apprised you of the situation concerning the ongoing energy crisis in Europe, stemming from the invasion of Russia. This unfortunate situation has prompted local governments to implement new regulations aimed at ensuring grid sustainability. Regrettably, these regulations have resulted in limitations on the use of air conditioning (AC) systems within hotels, We apologize for any inconvenience that this unforeseen situation might have caused. Our tour guides strive to adhere to the proposed timeline and fulfill the outlined activities in the itinerary. However, it is important to acknowledge that several factors, including traffic congestion, weather conditions, delayed passengers, and others, can influence the timing. On rare occasions, these factors may necessitate minor adjustments by the guide to ensure that the bus driver adheres to maximum driving limits, which in case of passing the limitation, will result in the stop of the bus. Kindly be advised that, in accordance with the terms and conditions accessible on our website, Europamundo retains the right to modify itinerary details (as deemed necessary by our guides to adapt to seasonal considerations) and, in extraordinary circumstances (such as breakdowns, traffic disruptions, or adverse weather conditions), to adjust the order of visits or the points visited. In cases where such changes are foreseeable, the pertinent information will typically be conveyed in your voucher details. We value your feedback and deeply regret any inconvenience you may have experienced during the tour. Please rest assured that your input will contribute to our continuous efforts to enhance our services. Europamundo Team.

I will say it's good if you want to see a lot of places in a limited time, but it is very rough! You are constantly moving and rushed, they discourage using the bathrooms on the bus, and you feel like a zombie at the end of all this. Pros: Safer than traveling alone as a woman, you get to meet people to hang out with if you are traveling solo, probably cheaper than planning it on your own Cons: I thought going in December would be magical, it was just really crowded. The optional stuff we signed up for was canceled because places were closed or sold out. 1.Louvre was cancelled 2.Moulin Rouge cancelled 3.Waited 2 hours to get to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower and they gave us about 30 minutes to wander before the bus left back to the hotel 4.Versailles was closed, the only part that was open was open were the gardens which were dead since it was winter 5. You get to Beaune in France for "lunch" time but the time we arrived everything was closing no restaurants were cooking since they take a break from 2pm 6. Most of the tours are on the bus. You don't get down at a lot of the places you think you will like Tower Bridge and you don't have much time to go into some places like museums. I would suggest giving yourself a couple of days in London before you do the tour, and give yourself a couple of days in Italy so you get to explore on your own time, instead of rushing through everything 7. New Years day was spent in Milan but we were told there would be no fireworks since the pope had died, so we spent it in the hotel. Turns out there was fireworks. 8. Hotels are going to be 20 mins from the center of most of the cities you stay in. Tour Guides: Patricia was fantastic and always on time, Jose Manuel was great, Felipe was more unorganized than the other two, my first bus drive was rude but I forget his name. Side tip: take a wind resistant and water resistant jacket, as half of the time it was really cold or raining if yo ugo in the winter. I did get to visit 6 countries and if you add up the cities it is 24 on this tour. I would not recommend doing it with kids or the elderly. Lots of walking. I was exhausted every night we got back to the hotels.Show more
