Do you deliver bags to hotel rooms, or do we have to do it?

luggage is responsibility of the passenger throughout the trip. The area that holds the luggage is limited in the coaches used in our regular group circuits which forces us to allow you one suitcase (up to 30kg). Likewise boots of vans or cars used in our "Trip Styles" and regular private circuits obliges a medium size suitcase (up to 15 kg, approximately 60 cm /24 in high x 34 cm /17 in wide) per person. Hand luggage needs to be small and capable of being stored safely beneath the seat as there is no space intended for this purpose. In case that all baggage does not fit in coach or van holdings, our tour leader may send the luggage of the passengers carrying more than authorized amount by express parcel services. Passengers bearing such excess are responsible for all shipping charges. In case of loss of luggage that was in the custody of our company or was caused by our mistake, Europamundo's insurance will assume the responsibility according to coverages indicated in the basic insurance policy included in our tours. I will say it's good if you want to see a lot of places in a limited time, but it is very rough! You are constantly moving and rushed, they discourage using the bathrooms on the bus, and you feel like a zombie at the end of all this. Pros: Safer than traveling alone as a woman, you get to meet people to hang out with if you are traveling solo, probably cheaper than planning it on your own Cons: I thought going in December would be magical, it was just really crowded. The optional stuff we signed up for was canceled because places were closed or sold out. 1.Louvre was cancelled 2.Moulin Rouge cancelled 3.Waited 2 hours to get to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower and they gave us about 30 minutes to wander before the bus left back to the hotel 4.Versailles was closed, the only part that was open was open were the gardens which were dead since it was winter 5. You get to Beaune in France for "lunch" time but the time we arrived everything was closing no restaurants were cooking since they take a break from 2pm 6. Most of the tours are on the bus. You don't get down at a lot of the places you think you will like Tower Bridge and you don't have much time to go into some places like museums. I would suggest giving yourself a couple of days in London before you do the tour, and give yourself a couple of days in Italy so you get to explore on your own time, instead of rushing through everything 7. New Years day was spent in Milan but we were told there would be no fireworks since the pope had died, so we spent it in the hotel. Turns out there was fireworks. 8. Hotels are going to be 20 mins from the center of most of the cities you stay in. Tour Guides: Patricia was fantastic and always on time, Jose Manuel was great, Felipe was more unorganized than the other two, my first bus drive was rude but I forget his name. Side tip: take a wind resistant and water resistant jacket, as half of the time it was really cold or raining if yo ugo in the winter. I did get to visit 6 countries and if you add up the cities it is 24 on this tour. I would not recommend doing it with kids or the elderly. Lots of walking. I was exhausted every night we got back to the hotels.Show more

  More and more towns and countries are not allowing unvaccinated passengers to enter restaurants, shows, places and even hotels. Due to the international health situation, a printed vaccination certificate as well as on your mobile devise is advised to bring with you along the tour, since it will be required in many countries as a passport to access means of transport, museums, restaurants, breakfast rooms, etc. Remember that not having this certificate may complicate the development of your tour. Europamundo is not responsible if you cannot enter a venue or carry out any activity because you do not carry this document. As well as the cancellation of services for not being able to enter a country.

  Day 1 Tuesday, 20th Of December Of 2022 LONDON - WELCOME TO LONDON! Transfer from airport to hotel. Later, our guide will give an overview of the tour or you can check the informative panels in the hotel reception area.

  Europamundo has a professional team of drivers and a modern fleet of coaches which guarantee your safety by strictly observing the current regulations established (braking system, security axles, speed limited, tachograph, regulated rest and driving time of drivers, etc.)
  
  The comfort features are standard within the patterns of tourist coaches: panoramic windows, air conditioning, DVD, public address system, reclining seats, individual lights, armrests, and overhead racks, among others. Europamundo offers a free Wi-Fi service (30mb/day/device) that may not be available in some countries and coach units. Our buses are not equipped by ramps for wheelchairs.
  
  The seats of our coaches are standard. Europamundo do not reserve a seat or establishes any seating rotation system.
  Not all our coaches have a WC. In case of providing them, they may have prepaid access to allow a free but moderate use of the WC in order to avoid inconveniences (smells, displeasing cleaning and emptying of waste tanks). There will also be regular stop in service areas.
  
  Depending on the number of participating passengers, coaches of greater or lesser size (with similar characteristics) are used. In exceptional cases, if the number of registered travelers is too low, to maintain our guaranteed departure commitment, or for regular privatized groups, vans or cars driven by our guide will be used.

  Will you be able to customize the tours? We'd like to know if the itinerary dates can be modified to as per our needs. We like the trekking through the continent of Europe itinerary and wanted to see if can move the start date of the tour to 18th from the 20th to either 1st of January or 2nd of January as we get to utilize the weekend of 18th.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 11th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 11th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
