Some of the guides were rude while some were kind and helpful. the planning of the transportation could have been better, for example the ferry crossing between countries was planned incorrectly and we were made to wait 8 hours for the next ferry. Show moreTrip date: August 2025- MMMichael· July 30th, 2025This is a very intense trip so if you want a relaxing holiday, it is not for you. The first four countries were done with more speed. Long distances mean lots of time in the bus but there are also a number of ferry crossings so seeing fjords is pretty cool this way. Norway is stunning but we didn't get enough time in Oslo. Stockholm allowed a bit of a breather as there was two days here. The Baltics were more relaxed in that each country allowed a full day of a tour and free time. He is very knowledgeable... friendly... I was amazed by his multitasking abilities at the same time giving best friendly service lvto fellow passengers... I like to mention one particular service he provided... I accidentally forgot to pick up my main luggage at Copenhagen hotel... All my important staffs were there... He worked with me constantly to get the luggage back.. but as ups is not able to deliver the luggage on time.. he talked to the management of Copenhagen hotel to keep it in safe custody.. eventually after a month when tour ends. I picked up the luggage from hotel. .during an after the tour ... He was communicating with hotel about the luggage and provided updates to me....
