  Is transport from one country to another, for example, Switzerland to Germany, included during the tour?

    Yes, it is included. What we offer are Coach Tours and once the customer joins our tour at the starting point, all transports will mostly be through our Coach until the customers are dropped off at the end of the tour.

  Can you please let me know is the tour guide and bus driver the same for the entire tour and how much walking would you say is required per day

    For each Tour Departure, we do assign 1 Tour Leader and 1 Bus/Coach Driver for the entire duration. However, there are a few situations that we might have to change Drivers or Tour Leaders but not often. During walking tours, some might be guided by a Local Guide but the assigned Tour Leader will still be with the group. We believe the best way to get to the heart and soul of a city is on foot, surrounded by the people and the culture. For this reason, we do walking tours through most of the cities we visit. Many of the cities you visit are vast and old, often with steps and cobblestones. Our walking tours can last up to 3 hours with plenty of opportunities to take photographs and soak up the history of these fascinating places, but you do require a certain level of fitness to enjoy your tour to its fullest.

  are this walkable city where i can walk from the hotel? which airport do i fly into Rome and departure airport when purchasing air ticket? is it easy to take public transport from the airport to the hotel? I would love to be paired with same sex gender, however, what if there isnt any?

    The Preferred Airport by customers in Rome is the Leonardo Da Vinci Airport (FCO) and in Amsterdam is Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. We recommend using public transport for airport-to-hotel transportation. If you prefer a transfer service, you can easily book through Welcome Pickups, a user-friendly platform with competitive prices.

    A single supp/private room upgrade for this tour is currently 1386.00 AUD per room. This will ensure that you have your own bedroom and private bathroom for the entire tour. Please note that single supplements are very limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Regrettably, we do not offer day trips. Our shortest Itinerary is 7 Days. We do have Optional Excursions (short trips) offered, but this are offered for specific tours (with either 7 or more day itineraries).

    I'm referring to the free day in Geneva. And the itinerary stated that we could take a train to Lucernce if we are not interested in going to the alps. Hence, i am wondering if the guide can recommend a day trip to Lucernce or show us where to get the train ticket.

    That is not an Optional Service/Excursion that we offer, if a customer wishes to take that route, then they would have to make their own way and meet back with the group afterwards. It would be something that you arrange and just maybe, the Tour Leader can make recommendations during the tour.

    Whilst internal flights are covered for certain itineraries, you will have to make your way to the meeting point for the start of your tour. When booking flights be mindful of departure times and possible delays.
    Tip: We suggest that you start comparing prices the moment your deposit is paid to avoid costly flights.

    Contactless payment is widely accepted across Europe – it’s best to bring a payment card with no overseas withdrawal fees.
    * Keep in mind that certain optionals are payable in cash to your tour leader whilst on tour. We suggest that you talk to your Tour Leader about when & where to draw cash to pay for the optional excursions.
