Excellent value for money! This was my first time traveling with Europamundo but it most likely wouldn't be my last because they have such a well-oiled system that it seemed like there were very few things that can actually screw up your trip. Their back office was extremely responsive to queries before the trip and they seem to have such a huge fleet of drivers, buses and guides that if anything were to go wrong, one wouldn't have to wait too long for rescue. The itinerary also was very well paced for the most part (the Italy leg felt a bit rushed but it was a lot of ground to cover I guess). I wish we had 2 days in Rome instead of the one day included in the itinerary. My friend and I really appreciated the stop overs at the small little charming towns in between the big cities; we got to see a lot more of the country instead of just stopping at petrol stations for the mandatory toilet breaks. Even though it was a big bus and we got several tour guides on our trip, the hand over was smooth and seamless. I commend Sagri who we had on our Paris-Zurich leg of the trip for maintaining a tight ship! We had a few rule breakers on our bus but she managed to straighten them out in a professional manner even though some of the guests weren't necessarily being diplomatic. I also commend Tieri (? the guide we had in Rome) for being extremely helpful and attentive to the guests, explaining very thoroughly the lay out via paper maps. All the drivers we had spoke very little English it seemed but they were friendly and smiled at the guests. The buses it self were very comfortable but the wifi onboard usually stopped working probably half-way through the bus ride (quota exceeded). I would highly recommend Europamundo to anybody who'd want a hassle-free trip ALTHOUGH I wish they would put it in the itinerary suggestions of what tickets to book in the cities we were going to. We wanted to go inside the palace in Versailles and the Duomo in Milan but couldn't get tickets as they were already sold out when we got there. If they had put it in as a suggestion, we could've booked ahead of time online. Also maybe put it in the itinerary or have the guides discuss briefly how public transportation works in the bigger cities as people not from Europe like myself probably aren't familiar with how it all works. These are just nice-to-haves but not deal breakers.Show more

why does it show additional to see more what's already marked in the Itinrary are we getting charged extra to see all of those highlights? We are in the understanding that we are paying once already in our tour package price?? Then the next question is are we on a tour bus for transport with a bathroom and air conditioning can you please explain this to us as well. We need these questions answered please. We like too know what are we getting charged extra for. We understand we have yo pay for all our other meals understandable. Before we're committing to anything we like our questions answered please. Plus what happens on weekends when the restaurant are not open for breakfast. Plus what time are the meeting points at where we need to gather to start our daily tours?

  Regarding the itinerary, all the activities, visits, experiences, transfers, cruises, panoramic tours, and entrances listed under "The Price Includes" are already included in the tour price you are paying. You will not be charged extra for those highlights. Your package includes: Travel by coach with an English-speaking guide, Basic travel insurance, Hotels and daily breakfast, Arrival airport transfer, Cruises and boat rides mentioned in the itinerary, Panoramic city tours in Barcelona, Rome, Florence, Venice, Vienna, Budapest, Prague, Amsterdam, and Berlin, Evening transfers, Glacier 3000 cable car experience, Included entrances and visits listed in the itinerary, Train ride in Pisa, 1 included lunch or dinner in Leysin. The only activities that require an additional payment are the optional excursions, which are offered separately and are entirely optional. You are free to join them or simply enjoy your free time. Regarding transportation, yes, you will travel on a modern tourist coach equipped with air conditioning and comfort features such as reclining seats, panoramic windows, reading lights, and luggage compartments. Some coaches have onboard toilets, while others do not. When available, restroom use may be limited, and regular comfort stops are scheduled throughout the journey. Regarding breakfast, it is served at the hotel each morning. Even on weekends, hotels provide breakfast service for guests, so you do not need to worry about restaurants being closed. As for daily departures, the exact meeting times vary depending on the day's itinerary, but departures are normally in the morning, often around 7:00 AM. Your guide will provide the exact schedule the evening before each touring day.

  The only last question I have is WE need too know the airport we fly into from Calgary Alberta, and the airport that we will be flying back home from to Calgary Alberta. We have chosen to do Colourful Europe for 22 days.

will this tour be visiting the Barcelona Santa Maria del Mar Basilica and Barcelona Sagrada Familia?

  is there any specific arrival time that we are required to land on the first day of the tour? do we have to consult you first before booking arrival ticket after we book a tour? I am planning to book airplane tickets to land at starting location airport between 10:00am to 1:00pm.

  There is no strict required landing time on the first day of the tour. Since Day 1 is mainly arrival, hotel transfer, and free time, arriving between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. should work perfectly

  We do not recommend scheduling a flight that early if you wish to participate in the included Day 26 activities. It would be very tight to complete the Eiffel Tower visit, Seine River cruise, and still arrive at CDG Airport comfortably. We recommend either booking a later flight or considering an additional night in Paris.
