We received a warm welcome (with marigold garland) from Rana when we arrived Kathmandu Airport arrival area. We met Rana the next morning where he gives us a trip briefing vs on the actual date of arrival. Appreciate Rana for accommodating our ask since we arrival Kathmandu almost midnight and too tired to have a trip briefing at that timing. We had a fantastic and memorable trip in Nepal hosted by Adventure Himalayan Travels. Special shout out to our driver, he’s an awesome driver, making sure we arrived all places safely and always on time. We’re blessed o have Guru as our guide in Pokhara. He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional. We learned a lot from him about Pokhara, history, culture, people and many more. He went above and beyond by suggesting us the right spot to take travel photography. Appreciate it. We’re quite disappointed with our guide in Kathmandu. He’s always on a rush to complete each stop, we didn’t get much download from him about Kathmandu. E.g he would explain briefly about the place, allocate time for us to complete the sightseeing and request us to meet him at the said location. No concerns if you’re someone who is keen on talking travel photography ONLY vs knowing more about the places & travel photography.Show more

Adventure Himalayan Travels and Treks organized a good tour, The manager Rana was quite helpful in answering my questions before the tour and also was quite helpful in making last minute changes to accommodate some of my requests - for eg trying to do a helicopter flight to Annapurna, etc. The guide Sanjaya Khanal was excellent! He was quite knowledgeable and friendly. He made the whole experience quite enjoyable since he gave me great company throughout the whole trip. Sanjaya also helped to arrange paragliding for me at very short notice which was the highlight of my trip. The driver Krishna was also very good and patiently drove us the almost 12 hrs it took to go from Pokhara to Kathmandu (because of Dussehra festival traffic) The one regret I had was not being to go on a mountain flight to Annarpurna/Everest because of weather. But thats not any fault of the tour operator. Some of the hotels in the smaller places (Nagarkot) could have been better, but overall, not bad. Overall I really enjoyed the tour.Show more

We saw amazing views of Annapurna range as well as fishtail Mountain from pokhara. It was great organization as well as knowledgeable city Guide who was highly qualified and experienced too.I would recommend Adventure Himalayan Travels and Treks to all my friends, family and anyone else considering traveling in Nepal".Show more

  In June and July, we don't have big group tours in Nepal. This is the monsoon season, so there's quite a bit of rain, though it doesn't rain all the time. If you prefer good weather and more group tour options, it's better to come in October, November, or December. That's the best time with clear skies, and pleasant temperatures.

  In Tibet we do not get a four star hotel all the time and This is a Group joining tour therefore it is not possible to upgrade the hotel. If you want to upgrade hotel kathmandu and pokhara it is possible because I will provide you a private tour.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 16th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Adventure Himalayan Travels. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Adventure Himalayan Travels will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
