On European Dance tour in Vienna is it possible to go to a classical concert in one of the ancient halls where the Masters performed? Attending a concert there is my main reason to visit Vienna.

On the European Dance tour in Vienna, passengers normally have the flexibility to skip scheduled activities in order to do their own independent plans, as long as these are booked on their own and they rejoin the group at the agreed meeting point and time. Vienna is world-famous for its classical music scene, and attending a concert in one of its historic halls—such as the Musikverein, Konzerthaus, or a palace venue—is absolutely achievable during your stay.

will this tour be operating in august 2026 please, and if so, what are the start dates?

To know details of the circuits for the year 2026, we could know it in the month of November 2025. In this time, we have available dates until March 2026. Currently our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers, the most flexible policy of any major tour operator.

Will the tour not be going through Berlin?

Due to the route and location of Berlin, the tour does not go through Berlin. Berlin is a bit too far north. The closest you get will be in Prague, where it is still 350km's from Berlin.

Do we get to pick our hotels or are they assigned to us?

The hotels provided for our regular coach tours, whether privatized or group, may vary depending on the series contracted. Currently our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers.

We leave the motel by 730 am and put on a bus to reach the next destination usually a river cruise or something for two hours then we a put back on the bus and drive to the next destination only to arrive usually around 6.30 to 7.30 that night we are allowed of to the night markets for around 2 to 3 hours then raced off to the motel only to check in and do it all the next day. there is no time to explore the small stops and feels very rushed 3 out of the 4 guides we had were awesome , Eva was the best and made us feel really good about everything, Guy tano was our 2nd guide, he was very angry and rude and short with everyone he was very un approachable and really sucked the fun out of everything. Jose was out third guide and he was just as good as our 1st guide. 4th guide was Ray he seemed really good but we finished the tour only after having him for a few hours.Show more

Enjoyable trip, nicely organized with good facilities. (Busses,hotels,breakfasts). Most of the guides were informative and helpful. A couple of minor issues with the tour,that are correctable. The Grinzing dinning evening needs to be extended and the visit to the Diamond Museum doesn’t really fit into the clientele that we’re with my group. The last two tour guides in France and England appeared to be struggling with their English presentation. Perhaps a better organizing between keeping English and Spanish travellers with their own. I found that we had well passed a feature artifact by the time the Spanish explanation was finnished. So twice the amount of time needed to announce the tour without enough time blocked in. While in Budapest the earpieces provided failed if you were 10 meters away. So although informative,the guides time and travellers experience is compromised. Other wise I got to see what I wanted at a fair price.Show more

The European Dance was a fabulous way to see a huge chunk of Europe. We chose a bus tour so we did not have to worry about driving. All of the buses, drivers and guides were excellent. A couple of the hotels were dirty and dingy and some had no dinner options when we arrived late. A couple of the hotels were way beyond our expectations knowing this was a low to mid budget tour. We would absolutely do it again and have some friends who would enjoy it but some who wouldn’t. It takes about 3 days to get used to the pace and then it is easy peasy. Please take their hint and keep it to one suitcase.Show more

The tour itself was great, it includes visits to so many beautiful cities and charming towns throughout Europe. The hotels overall were very good. The only hotel rooms that I disliked were The Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport, the Novotel Firenze Nord and the Ergife in Rome. The rest of the hotels had nice and comfortable rooms. I don’t think it’s a good idea to mix Spanish spoken groups with English spoken groups during the tour. Most of the tour guides usually concentrate more, on either one of the two groups. Causing discomfort on the other. For example in my experience, some tour guides concentrated more on the Spanish spoken group. The English spoken people felt rejected and that didn’t receive the same explanation as the other group. About the tour guides, Albert and John were magnificent 5/5, Miguel has a 4/5, Rachel and Leonardo have a 3/5 and Lionel and Eliani have a 2/5. There is a huge difference amongst the tour guides, some give more information and offer optional tours, others don’t. For example when my group visited Amsterdam, some of us would have loved to to do the boat ride at the canals but neither of the guides offered it (Leonardo and Eliani) they said we had no time available to do it. And to my surprise, I heard when other tour guide offered it to another group.Show more

What was supposed to be a dream of a lifetime turned out to be a nightmare.I would never recommend this company to anybody.The hotels were nice but 40- 50 minutes away from our destination.They were in a shady area so we were afraid to go out after dark.The tour guides gave us wrong information which caused us miss our train to England,we had to pay for a hotel and change our flights so we could go there,also another couple with 2 small kids.We missed 3 cities because amsterdam was closed because of covid.For the most part we were alone to figure things out for ourselves which was very frustrating being our first time there.Going to the vatican we were never told there was a dress code.Very disapointed with our trip.Show more

My 19 day Europe tour had a very busy itinerary and we saw and experienced a lot. A great variety of bus tours, walking tours, and boat cruises. Sometimes the free times felt too short and other times way too long, for example in Rome dropped off at 12pm and transferred back to hotel at 9pm, Florence free time from 3pm until 8pm pickup (that was too long as most of us gathered much earlier) and in London 11am until 8pm pickup to hotel! Way to long, exhausting day! Also in London we did not have the "English tea" or walk to Soho that was on our itinerary. I was really looking forward to having a relaxing English tea break hopefully with scones and cream and jam. Also our tour that day started at 7:15! Seriously that is way too early and left us with way too long "free time". My tour only included breakfast which varied from terrible to very good.. Novotel in Paris was the worst with no forks, no knives, no cups for coffee, eggs dish empty and not enough seating.. Hotel in Rome breakfast was not very good either.. Others hotels had great breakfast..good coffee and a variety of foods.. Overall I was impressed with this tour's professional and friendly guides, the itinerary is pretty action packed, long days of up early and getting to the hotel not until the evenings, but saw and experienced a lot. Also met many friendly fellow travelers from all over the world!! Also the buses were very comfortable and some had wifi. (amazing drivers!) I would recommended Europamundo and this tour..Show more

Overall I thought the Tour was good as or equal to any other tours that we have previously done,But in saying that we only had small groups in our 20 day European Tour,mainly due to the fact it was off season,In that time we would of had at least 10 tour guides and I think 14 different bus drivers,Antonio was definitely our favourite guide through the Italy leg of our tour,I have to agree with Anna 5/5,Accommodation overall I would only rate as 3 stars at best wifi in accommodation was mostly good,But wifi on Coach/Buses was limited to 30MB daily. I am a great believer in you get what you pay for and on this trip we had a great time with Europamundo,and we would definitely use this tour company again,Tip book in off seasonShow more

  Minors must always travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If traveling with another adult, a signed authorization from the parent or guardian is required, confirming the minor is allowed to travel with the designated adult, who assumes full responsibility.

  I noticed for most of the optional excursions which I definitely want to do like Vatican City and gondola rides, there is a minimum number of people. Do these all have to be from our tour or other tourists as well?

  Is it just refunded if there isn't enough people. These excursions are some of the reasons I want this tour specifically so if it's only if enough European Dance travelers book how far before departure do we know if there's enough people

  Yes, normally if there are not enough participants for the excursion to operate, it is refunded. These activities depend on reaching a minimum number of travelers, and if that number is not met, the excursion may unfortunately not be able to take place. In that case, the amount paid for the excursion would be refunded accordingly. Confirmation is usually provided closer to the departure date, once the final number of participants has been determined.

On European Dance tour in Vienna is it possible to go to a classical concert in one of the ancient halls where the Masters performed? Attending a concert there is my main reason to visit Vienna.

Will the tour not be going through Berlin?

  Due to the route and location of Berlin, the tour does not go through Berlin. Berlin is a bit too far north. The closest you get will be in Prague, where it is still 350km's from Berlin.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 27th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 27th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
