- Day 1
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
You'll get picked up from Arusha and head out to Tarangire National Park for a game drive. The park is known for its large elephant herds and distinctive baobab trees scattered across the landscape. After spending the day watching wildlife, you'll settle in at Africa Safari Rift Valley, which sits on the edge of the Great Rift Valley with views stretching across the escarpment.

Lake Manyara National Park
This is a full day at Lake Manyara National Park where you'll drive through different habitats and terrain. The park has a reputation for tree-climbing lions, though spotting them takes patience and some luck. Later you'll stay at Africa Safari Lake Manyara, positioned right along the lake shore where wildlife roams nearby throughout the evening and night.

Serengeti National Park
You'll spend the full day in Serengeti National Park doing game drives across the endless plains. This area has an incredible concentration of wildlife, so you're likely to see various animals throughout your time there. That night, you'll stay at Africa Safari Serengeti Ikoma, which sits near the Grumeti River where animals congregate, especially during migration season.

Serengeti National Park
Another full day of game drives in the Serengeti gives you more chances to track down the Big 5 and other animals roaming the park. You might see different wildlife or get better views on your second day. That evening, head to Africa Safari South Serengeti, which offers a quieter setting where you can rest after your time on the plains.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Head to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive within the crater itself. The crater floor holds a concentrated population of wildlife in a fairly contained space. After your drive, you'll make your way back to Arusha, giving you time to reflect on what you've seen and organize all the photos and memories from your safari.
