Fadi· January 14th, 2025Great nile river cruise. Holiday in Egypt was always very helpful and easy to reach throughout our whole stay in Egypt which extended beyond the tour duration. We were on “Le Fayan 2” cruiseship, the room and food was pretty good. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Our tour guide Ahmed was with us the whole time and truely made our tour more enjoyable. Even kept us company and took us on a walk when we weren’t visiting sites on the itinerary.Show more

- NP· December 22nd, 2024Second to none! The tour was very well planned and executed with perfection. From start to finish we were in contact with the tour guide - even before arriving in Luxor. We felt very safe as we were two women travelling by ourselves. Hassan our guide was very well informed - all the tours we took were explained well and we did not feel rushed. Unfortunately, I fell ill one day and couldn't make one excursion - everything was handled so well - no quibbles with refund etc. The cruise ship was nice although my only dislike was the food - but that may be my taste. We had ample time to explore for ourselves too. Customer Service from this tour company is something I have never experienced - my cousin lost her diamond stud earring on the last day and only realised as we were sitting in Aswan at the airport- then began an adventure -- amazingly Hasan managed to contact that boat whose staff located and handed over this very small stud - their honestly and integrity was amazing. We finally got the stud back in Cairo and minutes before we were due to exit immigration - honestly, the dedication was second to none. - AQAmb· December 22nd, 2024This tour from start to finish was second to none. Our guide Hassan was with us from the minute we landed in Luxor- guiding us, also form Cairo. All the tours were great - and I was very impressed with how every excursion was well-planned and executed on time. I travelled alone with my cousin and we both felt safe and well looked after. The cruise ship was good and the only draw back was the food which I didn't particularly enjoy but that may be my taste. Regardless, I would highly recommend travelling with Holidays in Egypt - in particular the customer service was probably the best I have ever seen - on the last day of our tour as we were sitting in Aswan Airport, my cousin realised her diamond stud had fallen out of her hear and we thought with it being so small its likely to have been lost forever - but we called our guide and asked if there was any chance he could ask the boat to look - they not only looked and found it but managed to get it to us in Cario minutes before we went through immigration exit- it was truly unbelievable the effort they made- and cousin was ever so grateful.Show moreTrip date: November 2024

- Prisentha· December 9th, 2024This was an excellent tour, it met all my requirements and greatly assisted with the booking of the flights to and from the cruise. Our tour guide Kamal was simply amazing he assisted with anything and everything we needed. He helped with data and even negotiating cheaper prices with vendors. He provided us with services that were obviously above and beyond and he never complained. The trip was well planned and organized we didn't have to wait in any queues for tickets and the transport was always ready and waiting for us. The downside to the trip was the cruise ship itself, Princess Sarah. It was highly disappointing and not the standard I was assured during booking. Itvwas in desperate need of maintenance, our room was freezing and blew cold air even when we put the heater on. The wifi didn't work we couldn't get a spare key for our room. Kamal spoke to the manger and they upgraded our room. He was also very pleasant and professional with excellent social and communication skills. He was forever willing and able to resolve some of the issues we had. On the ship we were unhappy with our room and he managed to get us a better room. The ship dud not have wifi. Kamal went beyond the call if duty by offering us one of his personal sim cards with data. I would without doubt recommend Kamal for any tours and would certainly prefer him ad a your guide should we visit Egypt in the future.
