Final flight timing will be confirmed 2 days before departure. This means you can safely plan your international departure from Cairo late evening or after midnight on the final day. If your international flight is earlier, we can review options accordingly.

    Since your international flight to Qatar departs at 7:55 PM, we can request an earlier domestic flight from Aswan to Cairo to allow comfortable connection time. Earlier flights are available during the afternoon, subject to airline availability.

    For planning purposes, these routes are typically operated by EgyptAir:
    
    • Cairo to Luxor – usually morning departures between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
    • Aswan to Cairo – usually evening departures between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM
    
    Final flight numbers and exact timings will be confirmed once tickets are issued. This is normally shared 3–5 days before departure.

    Option 1 – Abu Simbel on Day 4 (Recommended)

    • Return to the cruise around 12:30 PM
    • Continue sailing and overnight on board
    • Day 5 transfer to airport and evening flight back to Cairo
    
    Option 2 – Abu Simbel on Day 5
    • Early morning visit from Aswan
    • Direct transfer to Aswan Airport after returning
    • Evening flight to Cairo
    
    Both options are possible.

    With an international flight at 1:55 PM on 27 March, returning to Cairo the same day of departure can be risky. Domestic flight timing and any unexpected delays may affect your connection.
    To avoid stress, we suggest one of the following options:
    
    Return to Cairo one day earlier
    
    Add one extra night post-tour in Cairo (post accommodation)
    
    This way, you will already be in Cairo and can comfortably reach the airport before 11:00 AM for your international flight.
    Our operation team will contact you a few days before the tour via WhatsApp with final domestic flight details and pickup information.

    The cruise ship name is confirmed closer to the travel date. It will be a 5 star Nile cruise. All standard cabins are similar in size and facilities. Cabins include private bathroom, AC, and Nile view. Suite or upgraded cabins can be requested subject to availability. Morning flights usually operate between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. We can request the later morning flight when available. Pickup from your Cairo hotel is usually 2.5 to 3 hours before flight time. Exact pickup time is confirmed once flights are issued. The Abu Simbel flight is an optional tour. Flight time is around 30 to 40 minutes each way. The full excursion takes around 4 to 5 hours including transfers and visit. Flights usually depart early morning from Aswan and return late morning. All flight times and cruise details are shared a few days before travel. Arrangements are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

    I see that there is a flight at 9.40 am - is that too late? Is it possible to fly back to Cairo from Abu simbel instead of coming back to Aswan? (luggage might be a problem) What are standard cabin sizes? What are upgraded cabin sizes? Pl let me know about cabin upgrade prices.

    There are no direct scheduled flights from Abu Simbel to Cairo at this time, so flying back to Cairo directly from Abu Simbel isn't available. We can arrange the Abu Simbel tour with domestic flights from Aswan return, and the total cost is USD 375 per person. This includes domestic flight tickets (return Aswan–Abu Simbel), professional guide, and all entrance fees. On the cruise ship, all cabins are the same size and layout — there aren't separate "standard" vs. "upgraded" cabins.
