He was accomodating to our request to vary the schedule. He was informative, knowledgeable and is clearly very well respected by his peers at all the sights. Hossam really made a difference to our enjoyment of the cruise.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic 7-day Queen Cleopatra vacation, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The experience was truly unforgettable, especially as I celebrated my 50th birthday on this amazing journey.
Hossam Rashwan, our guide, was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, enriching our experience with fascinating insights about the history and culture of Egypt. What truly stood out was the genuine care he showed towards my autistic adult son. He went above and beyond to ensure that my son felt comfortable and included, which made this trip even more special.
Every detail, from the stunning sights to the attentive service, contributed to a memorable adventure that we will cherish forever. Thank you to the entire team for making this a remarkable celebration of life, history, and family!

Charge more upf…This tour was a bucket list tour and overall wonderful and educational. May I suggest that in the future the costs of drinking water and bathroom visits be covered by the tour company. Charge more upfront in the tour costs if necessary to do so. We’d have much preferred that.
Also, the Hurghada portion of our tour was highly impractical (if not impossible) to achieve and still make our flight back home given its distance from Luxor and Cairo. If our guide had not alerted us to the complexities we were facing to make that portion of the tour happen, we’d have been stuck in Egypt extra days beyond our tour dates. We are very thankful our tour guide, Hossam Rashwan, not only alerted us, but he helped us immensely by making arrangements for us to spend our last two nights at the Jolie Ville Resort & Spa, arranging our transportation to the Luxor airport and our flight from Luxor to Cairo at no extra cost to us.
This was truly the most incredible adventure of my life. Holidays in Egypt did an excellent job in providing an excellent itinerary including all the must see locations in Egypt.

A huge shout out to our guide Hossam Rashwan who did an AMAZING job in keeping our group of 19 that included two children, happy, satisfied and safe on our travels. Hossam Rashwan, a.k.a Sam the Magic Man was the absolute best guide anyone could ask for. His vast knowledge of history and enthusiasm to share the magical wonders of his country kept us well informed and entertained throughout. We will miss you Hossam, and look forward to seeing you again.
Our fellow travelers were fabulous and I feel some lifelong connections were made on this trip.

I cannot emphasise enough how incredible this experience was. A wonderful exploration of the captivating Egyptian culture over just 5 days. The facilities aboard the cruise ship, the staff, and the cuisine were all excellent. However, the real highlight of the trip was our guide, Hossam Rashwan, who was outstanding from the moment we met him. His extensive knowledge of ancient Egyptian culture and the evident passion he showed while explaining it to us made the experience truly memorable. He was always welcoming and attentive; it never felt like just a job to him, but rather that we were part of his family. A dedicated professional and, most importantly, a remarkable person. I am truly grateful to him and the rest of the team for organising what I am sure will be an unforgettable trip.

The cruise was part of a 9 days stay, and I have to say that it was as good as visiting the pyramids. The food and the service was outstanding and the room exceeded my expectations.
Special mention to our guide Hosam Rashwan who took care of us during our stay. If you are lucky enough to have him he will share all his knowledge about the Egyptian civilization and culture, I really hope to come back and explore other places he recommended.

Communication with Holiday in Egypt through Yourradar was seamless from start to finsh. I hadn't been on a group travel tour in over 30 years. Many great memories with this on!
You will not be left wanting after a tour with Hossam Rashwan as your guide. For the first part he is just a wellspring of knowledge of ancient Egypt and its customs, secondly, he's an excellent story…You will not be left wanting after a tour with Hossam Rashwan as your guide. For the first part he is just a wellspring of knowledge of ancient Egypt and its customs, secondly, he's an excellent story teller who really brings the history alive in your mind. No matter if you are as far south as the unique temple of Ramses II, Abu Simbel, the beautiful island temple of Philae or learning the wonderful tales of mythology carved into Edfu temple. Every sight along the Nile is worth the visit no matter what, but having a great guide is the difference between a beautiful sight and a wonderful experience. Hossam is a great guide and a wonderful individual, if you wish to not just have a history lesson about antiquity he will also very gladly introduce you to the world of modern Upper Egypt!

In many intances we have told we have paid the advance tips to the tour agent Holiday in Eygpt to be given by them however all of them denied having received any tips from the tour agent. It a sad story , however I hope tour radar should stop this problem by dictating collection of advance tips should be stopped.

We did all the extras and all were great but the balloon flight and Abu Simbel were wonderful and worth the early wake up call. Ship is very nicely renovated and food is excellent. For me especially, as I am vegan, every single meal was presented and I always had options to choose from. The only thing that was not perfect were the breakfast boxes but missing a meal really didn’t hurt anyone 🫣. Ship’s crew works tirelessly and are extremely nice to all guests. We did not participate in ship evening entertainment so I can’t comment on that. All transports were timely and comfortable and again very well organised by Hossam. Thank you

A huge shout out to our guide Hossam Rashwan who far exceeded our expectations. Hossam went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and safe! Sam was truly the magic man, constantly impressing us with his vast knowledge of all the sights we were visiting. Hossam is the best guide ever. Anyone would be lucky to have him as their guide.
Our group of travelers got along fabulously. Life-long friends were made. We will miss you all!

Hossam and Sohaila were both excellent guides and true Egyptologists. The tour organisers, Mohamed and Alaa, were available to deal with any issues and were very responsive.

Our guide, Hossam Rashwan, was wonderful and very knowledgeable. We have gone on many tours and Hossam is one of the best.
We couldn't recommend this tour enough. It is a great value for money and you feel safe and well looked after.
Of the extra optional excursions, Abu Simbel is a must. Yes, it's a very long journey and you don't get very much time there but it is nevertheless absolutely worth the trip.
