  Is er een mogelijkheid om in El Gouna te verblijven in plaats van Hurghada? De terugreis met de bus naar Cairo is niet nodig,we nemen in Hurghada het vliegtuig naar huis.

    Children below 5 years old are entitled to a 50% discount, provided the child is accommodated in the same double room with the parents.
    
    The tour can also end in Hurghada instead of Cairo, and we can arrange a private transfer to Hurghada Airport for your departure.
    
    Please note that this is a group tour conducted in English. If you would like a French-speaking guide, the tour would need to be arranged as a private tour, with an additional total cost of USD 2,600 for your group.

    The additional USD 2,600 is for upgrading your group of 5 adults and 1 child to a fully private tour with a French-speaking guide throughout the guided sightseeing program.
    
    If you prefer, you can keep the standard group tour in English with no additional private-tour charge.

    can you make me this tour with french guide at the same price, as other companies propose the tour with several languages at same price. 2600 usd more just for a french speaking guide seems very high?

    The additional USD 2,600 is not simply a charge for having a French-speaking guide. The main reason for the supplement is that the tour would need to be operated as a private tour for your group of 5 adults and 1 child.
    
    Our standard package is a group tour conducted in English, and we need a minimum group size of around 15 travelers to make the tour operationally cost-effective. The package is already priced very competitively at USD 850 per person, including 5-star accommodation throughout the tour, approximately 95% of the meals, all required transportation, sightseeing, and the other services included in the itinerary.
    
    Unfortunately, we cannot operate the same package privately for a group of 5 at the standard group-tour rate. The USD 2,600 supplement is therefore to cover the additional costs of operating the entire tour privately for your group, including the French-speaking guide.

    The USD 150 per person entrance fees cover the entrance tickets for the sightseeing included in the main itinerary, such as:
    
    • Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx
    • Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)
    • Philae Temple in Aswan
    • Kom Ombo Temple
    • Edfu Temple
    • Karnak Temple
    • Luxor Temple
    • Valley of the Kings
    • Hatshepsut Temple
    
    The USD 150 is paid locally to your tour manager upon arrival, so you do not need to pay it in advance.
    
    Please note that entrance fees for optional tours, such as Abu Simbel, are separate.

    Yes, you can add the optional Abu Simbel tour to your trip. The cost is USD 125 per person, so for 2 travellers the total would be USD 250.
    
    The excursion includes transportation from Aswan to Abu Simbel and back, entrance fees, and a guided visit to the Abu Simbel Temples.
    
    You can add the excursion to your booking in advance, which we recommend for your November departure.

    We actually recommend flying directly from Hurghada International Airport rather than taking the coach back to Cairo. There are usually many international flight options from Hurghada to the UK, and this would save you the approximately 7-hour coach journey to Cairo Airport. If you choose this option, we will be happy to arrange your transfer from the hotel to Hurghada Airport.

    Triple rooms are available. However, as you are three adults and your daughter is 24, we would recommend one double room and one single room for greater comfort and privacy. We can request the rooms to be connecting or adjacent, subject to availability.

    For the sleeper train, we use the best available sleeper train in Egypt, with Elite Class cabins. The sleeper train does not have triple-occupancy cabins; cabins are available for either single or double occupancy. We can therefore arrange a private cabin for your daughter and a double cabin for you. The sleeper train cabins also open from the inside, and we will request the two cabins to be next to each other, so you can remain together and have easy access between the cabins while still enjoying the privacy of separate cabins.

    Yes, it is possible to arrange a single cabin and a double cabin on the Nile cruise instead of a triple room. The additional cost for the single cabin on the cruise is $320 USD total. For the whole tour, the single supplement would be approximately $600 USD extra in total.

    On Day 9, you will return from Hurghada to Cairo by bus. The journey normally takes approximately 6–7 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions, so we recommend booking your international flight later in the day or, preferably, the following day to allow enough time.
    
    If you would like to stay one additional night in Cairo, we can arrange a 5-star hotel for you, as well as your airport transfer the following day.

    at what time is the return flight from Hurghda if we dont want to take the bus. Becuase i have to book the international flight, and arriving 9pm in Cairo by bus, we have to take a hotel night because we have no flight after 8pm.

    You may book any international flight that suits you for Day 9, and we will make sure the domestic flight from Hurghada to Cairo matches your international departure. As long as you prefer not to return by bus, we can arrange the domestic flight according to your international flight time, so you won't need to book an additional hotel night in Cairo.
    
    Regarding the Cairo to Aswan flight upgrade instead of the sleeper train, this is already arranged with the accommodation in the same Cairo hotel included. The flight is scheduled for the morning of Day 3, so there is no need to worry about booking an additional night in Cairo for this either.

    This includes breakfast and the airport drop-off on Day 10, so you won't need to arrange the transfer separately.

    Flying from Hurghada to Cairo: If you prefer to fly, we will arrange the best available domestic flight connection according to your international departure. You simply need to look for an international flight departing in the evening on the last day, preferably from around 5:00 PM or later. This gives you a relaxed morning at the resort and also gives us flexibility to arrange either the domestic flight or the bus transfer to Cairo according to your preference.

    Yes, you can add this person to one of your existing double rooms and make it a triple room if you would like to avoid paying the single supplement.
    
    For our tours, the single supplement is mandatory for anyone who wants a private room. Therefore, sharing a room or adding the traveller to your existing double room as a third person is the only way to avoid the single supplement.

  Which hotel you currently expect to use for our tour in the Cairo/Giza area? Whether we can book November 7 and 8 at that same hotel?     We will most likely use Helnan Dream Hotel in Giza, or a similar 5-star hotel of the same category. The final hotel is confirmed closer to the departure date. You can select one night of pre-tour accommodation when making your booking. Once your booking is confirmed, we can manually add the second night for you, so you can stay at the same hotel without changing hotels. Both Cairo International Airport (CAI) and Sphinx International Airport (SPX) are fine. Cairo is a busy city, so the difference in transfer time can vary depending on traffic, but there is no issue arriving through either airport. We can arrange your airport pickup from either CAI or SPX on November 7. The airport pickup is included in the tour price, so there is no additional charge.
