The Cairo–Aswan train is a sleeper train with proper beds, not seats. If you prefer to upgrade to a flight from Cairo to Aswan, this option is available directly on the booking page. It is a more comfortable and faster alternative to the sleeper train.

1. Arriving a day early in Cairo: You will stay in the same hotel as the tour—no need to move hotels. Your pre-tour night also includes airport pickup and breakfast the next morning.
2. Upgrading to the Hurghada → Cairo flight: We arrange this flight according to your international departure details from Cairo. We usually recommend selecting the latest possible international flight from Cairo so you can enjoy a full final day at your Hurghada resort before flying back to Cairo.
3. Adding an extra night in Hurghada: Yes, you can absolutely add extra nights. Pricing is:

The main difference between the two tours is simply the number of nights in Hurghada, but after reviewing the pricing, we realised that the single supplement for the 9-day tour was set lower than it should be. We will be adjusting the single supplement for the 9-day tour accordingly.

Yes, you can book the optional excursions either locally during the tour or upfront in advance, whichever you prefer. Regarding international flight delays: if your flight is delayed by 24 hours, we will still manage to connect you with the tour as soon as you arrive. Ideally, we always recommend arriving on the first day of the tour so you can relax at the Cairo hotel and be ready for the daily tours, but we will assist you whenever you land.
