  good itinerary, even with things being affected by the winter season. The information-sharing by the guides were varied - the in-city tour guides did a great job with both Spanish & English translations, but the tour-provided guide for the English group didn't share as much info as the Spanish-speaking guide. It was a noticeable difference in content and quality of information shared, and detracted from the experience. This is the 2nd time I traveled with Europamundo and being promised an equitable english-language tour and it was obviously catering to the other primary language. Disappointing.Show more

Ricardo, our guide, did a great job, he gave us full information on all the places, and was always smiling and attentive to any concern. Having taken this tour was the best choice!Show more

  The itinerary, guides, and overall organisation of the trip were excellent. Our guide thoughtfully arranged special meals for us, which added a personal touch to our experience. The local guides were enthusiastic about sharing the history and beauty of their countries, which made us truly appreciate their love for their homelands. However, there were two aspects that detracted from an otherwise perfect trip. First, it was raining and cold (we understood that the weather was beyond anyone's control), and the local guide had to alternate between two languages, which meant that one language group had to wait in the rain for their turn. It would have been better to arrange for two local guides especially considering the cold and wet weather. Second, a large group of tourists occupied seats on the bus, resulting in some couples being separated. Some even went so far as to leave their bags on the bus overnight to secure their preferred seats for the following day. This behavior was inconsiderate, but fortunately, our guide intervened to address the situation. Overall, it was a wonderful trip with just a few minor hiccups.Show more

  Dinner suggestions on the night of arrival would have been helpful. Also suggestions for what to see on our free afternoon in Tallinn. We found the museum of fortifications and the Balti Jaam Market which were both amazing. People should know in advance that travelers will join & leave the tour at various points. Many, including us, were unaware of that circumstance. I hated the dual language although I knew that may happen & the guides kept it to a minimum I didn’t realize how much I would dislike it. I would drift away while the guide was speaking Spanish then would miss the switch to English.Show more

As for the structure of our circuits, we regret that you were not informed in advance about the dynamic nature of our tours. This operating model—where travelers may join or leave the group at different points—is part of our flexible travel philosophy, allowing each person to customize their journey by selecting the cities and duration that best suit their interests. This flexibility sometimes requires changes of coach or guide, which are always indicated in the general documentation and publicly visible before booking. Regarding the bilingual format, we understand it may not be ideal for everyone. However, due to the multicultural nature of our groups, we aim to ensure that all travelers can enjoy the experience equally, regardless of their language. The use of two languages is always communicated prior to travel.
