    I am leery of your trip since you refer to the eclipse as a "lunar eclipse" instead of a "solar eclipse" - big different. You also say that "later in the evening" you'll go to watch the lunar eclipse. This is a day-time event... solar eclipse, not lunar.

    I truly dislike the August 2nd activity schedule, as it is far far far too busy for eclipse day. You're trying to fit what most people spend 3-4 days in Luxor to see into a morning before the eclipse... that's not possible, nor fun! That is a day when eclipse viewers want to be still... be in position when the event happens, and not being inside a tomb or in a long line of people waiting in line for something.

    I honesty think your trip is very expensive for an 8-day itinerary. The 14 day trip I have these folks booked on is $28,000 with the single supplement. Yours is 5 days shorter and is only $3500 less.

  Is this tour with a small group and guide, and what size is the group? Will the solar eclipse viewing be at Karnak temple or elsewhere? Also, is there a way to add on an extra day at Hurghada?

    it is a small group tour with a guide. Max participants will be about 18-20 pax. The eclipse viewing will be from Jolie Ville Resort Kings Island Luxor. We cannot add an extra day to Hurghada mid trip as this is a shared tour.

    My group would like the following customized changes in TourRadar's tour# 276733 (2027 Total Solar Eclipse in Egypt - 8 days - All Inclusive).
    
    1) We would like to visit Abu Simbel and then join the Nile cruise in Aswan. Should we fly from Cairo to Aswan one day earlier (on Day-1 itself) than the rest of the group?
    
    2) We would like to stay overnight in Luxor on Day-5 instead of going to Hurghada.
    
    3) We would like to spend Day-6 in Luxor and visit additional archaeological sites near Luxor.
    
    4) On Day-7 we would like to fly from Luxor to Cairo.
    
    5) We would like to spend Day-8 in Cairo for overnight stay.
    
    6) On Day-9, we would like to visit Alexandria and stay in Alexandria overnight.
    
    7) We would like to return to Cairo on Day-10 for an outbound return flight.
