As the room occupancy is fully utilized, there is no child discount available for the main tour package. However, your three children are entitled to a 50% discount on the entrance fees, which are paid locally during the tour, as they are all under 12 years old.

The areas included in our itineraries are far from the events taking place elsewhere in the Middle East, and tourism continues across the country as usual. The safety and well-being of our travelers is always our number one priority.
    
    When tensions in the region increased previously, we proactively contacted all of our booked travelers and offered maximum flexibility to ensure everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. Should there ever be any significant change to the situation, we would immediately reach out to all confirmed guests and discuss the best available options based on their preferences.
    
    Egypt relies heavily on tourism, and the country is not involved in the ongoing regional events. At the moment, everything is operating normally, and we already have over 220 confirmed travelers booked on this trip.

  Can we book the extra excursions via other tours because you have exactly double price as I checked. The nubian village, the hot air balloon, the paradise island. All the extra excursions are a total scam, depending on the prices.

    While you are free to choose whether or not to join any optional excursion, we do not recommend booking these activities through other suppliers. The optional tours are scheduled to fit around your main itinerary, cruise schedule, and transportation, and using another provider may affect your ability to rejoin the group on time or cause you to miss parts of the main tour.

    You are absolutely welcome to book the optional excursions in Hurghada (such as Paradise Island) with GetYourGuide or any other supplier if you prefer.
    
    However, for the Nile cruise portion of your trip (Abu Simbel, Hot Air Balloon, Nubian Village, etc.), we do not allow bookings with outside suppliers. These excursions are coordinated with the cruise schedule, transportation, and sailing times, and using another company may cause delays that affect the rest of the group's itinerary.
    
    Our tour packages are offered at very competitive prices, often below their actual operating cost, and optional excursions are an important part of how we keep the main tour price affordable. In addition, the service we provide is not directly comparable, as our excursions are fully coordinated with your tour, guides, and transportation.
    
    As a gesture of goodwill, we are happy to offer you the following discounts for two people:

    Regarding the excursions, I will proceed to book the Hurghada islands and the Hot Air Balloon independently. As you know, all hot air balloon flights in Luxor depart at the exact same early morning hour regardless of the operator, so there is absolutely no risk of delaying the group. I only reached out to inquire about it first out of respect for the group's overall schedule.
    
    However, for Abu Simbel and the Nubian Village, I understand the logistical constraints regarding the cruise schedule. Therefore, I accept your offer for these two and will book them directly with you to ensure everything runs smoothly.
    
    I completely understand your point about the main tour packages being offered at a competitive price. However, it is also fair to note that there are mandatory "hidden" charges involved for the traveler, such as the compulsory tipping pool. This is quite a significant extra amount, especially considering it applies even to the first day of the trip when there is no guided tour and only an airport-to-hotel transfer.
    
    Finally, could you please clarify how these specific discounts ($15 for Abu Simbel and $5 for the Nubian Village per person) will be applied practically? Since the prices on the booking platform are fixed, will this total amount be deducted directly from the $150 mandatory cash payment we need to hand over upon arrival for the entrance fees?

    Just a small note: 23rd December is one of the busiest travel periods in Egypt, so the famous sightseeing attractions will naturally be a bit busier than usual. However, it's also a wonderful time to visit, with pleasant weather and a great atmosphere.

Domestic flights from Hurghada to Cairo are usually scheduled in the morning, and a 2:00 PM flight from Cairo to Amman should be suitable.   I am thinking of taking one of the tour dates in June that ends on a Monday. It shows that your tour will end at Cairo International at 5:00 p.m. I have to fly from Cairo to Rome that same day. The latest flights are at 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Ending at 5:00 p.m. will be too late. Is there any way to get to the airport earlier on that Monday? My second question is if you could tell me the name of the hotel where we will be staying the first night. The reason is that I want to get there a day earlier.

    The standard return flight from Luxor to Cairo usually arrives around 17:00. For same-day international flights, we recommend departure after 19:00. We can arrange an earlier domestic flight from Luxor to Cairo. This is subject to availability. This would allow you to catch your international flight comfortably. Planned hotel is Swiss Inn Pyramids Golf Resort or similar 5★ category. If you arrive one day earlier, we can arrange pre-tour accommodation at the same hotel.

    Thank you for your quick response! The last day itinerary shown on tourradar states "Hurghada - Cairo. After breakfast you'll check out and get transferred by air-conditioned bus back to Cairo. When you arrive, your tour representative takes you either to Cairo International Airport or your Cairo accommodation depending on your plans. Tour services wrap up around 5pm." However, your response references a plane from Luxor to Cairo, so I'm confused. On the last day, are we taking a bus from Hurghada or a plane for Luxor?

    The itinerary is correct. You will travel from Hurghada to Cairo by air-conditioned bus. Arrival to Cairo is usually around 5:00 PM. There is no flight from Luxor to Cairo on this program. For your international flight, same-day flights at 3:00 PM or even 6:00 PM will be tight with the standard plan. You can upgrade the return from Hurghada to Cairo by domestic flight instead of bus. This allows earlier arrival to Cairo. Or add one extra night in Cairo after the tour for a relaxed departure. Both options can be arranged based on availability. Planned hotel is Swiss Inn Pyramids Golf Resort or similar 5★ category. If you arrive earlier, we can arrange pre-night stay at the same hotel.

    What we can arrange is Private transfer from Luxor or Hurghada to Marsa Alam and return transfer if needed.
    
    The stay in Marsa Alam can be arranged independently on your side.
    
    Alternatively, the current itinerary includes Hurghada, which offers a wide range of beach resorts and sea activities within the program.

Since you are traveling as 1 adult, you will have a private cabin for yourself. The sleeper train includes: Private cabin, Dinner and breakfast on board. This is already included in your package. If you prefer, we can also arrange a domestic flight upgrade instead of the sleeper train for additional comfort. This can be added at the time of booking, subject to availability.
