From the hotels and excellent food to complete transport service throughout the trip. Out Tour Coordinator Tahir went beyond any expectations to provide all the service we needed. - L· December 10th, 2024If any of you are on the fence about coming to Egypt, don’t hesitate, come! Giza (the Pyramids) is nowhere near Gaza (Palestine), and I never once felt in danger or any hostility from anyone while in Egypt. On the contrary, young school children seemed delighted to have a conversation with me and even ask for pictures with me! Everyone was welcoming, and friendly. I felt safer here than I would most places in the USA. There is no way I could have seen everything I saw on this tour, on my own. From the meeting at the airport to the transfers and wonderful customer service from Mustafa, this was one of the most enjoyable tours I’ve taken in a long time. It’s a fast paced itinerary no doubt, but there’s no wasted time and every move is well thought out and planned. My guide in Cairo Souhaila was a wonderful, thoughtful, friendly and genuinely knowledgeable person, that brought both the old city of Cairo as well as the Pyramids, alive! For the cruise, our guide Ahmed Kassem was absolutely perfect and the ship was gorgeous, with a massive stateroom, amazing air conditioning, a beautiful sun deck and pool, and genuinely helpful and friendly crew. Before arriving to the cruise, I ran into an issue at the airport on my flight to Aswan, from Cairo and called Ahmed early in the morning. He did not bat an eye and straightened everything out with the airline, ensuring I didn’t miss the cruise. I’ve learned so much about the history and culture of Egypt, I truly felt like I was on an expedition! Ahmed was accommodating, personable and friendly and explained everything with genuine expertise. You can tell he loves his job. Finally the last day in Hurghada was absolutely incredible! The resort we were put up in is beyond gorgeous, with amazing food, incredible staff and a great location next to the beach. - Peter· October 9th, 2024The most incredible trip I've been on! I met my guide Mohamed in Cairo, he is the friendliest most genuine man and has amazing knowledge of Egypt and its history. The tour was incredible and we saw many temples, the great sphinx, the pyramids etc. I was travelling solo and met some awesome people in my group and I think we connected really well. We shared many amazing experiences together that I'll cherish forever. The most fun part (for me only apparently!) was the overnight sleeper train. It was definitely an experience I'll never forget! I departed from my tour group and Mohamed escorted me to the bus terminal to make sure I was safe and looked after before my solo trip to Hurgharder. When checking in to my hotel I amazed to find it was actually an all inclusive 5 star resort! I was blown away. I decided to reach out to Holiday in Egypt to speak about my last day which was a 5 hour bus ride back to Cairo and a lengthy wait til my flight home. I wanted more time at the Giza Plateau. They were so accommodating and quickly organised a flight to replace my bus ride including a driver to pick me up and stay with me until I was ready to head to the airport. This was at minimal cost to me. Bob was my chauffer and I felt extremely safe with him. He even took me to a local shop as I needed a new shirt and helped me get a good price. I have travelled quite a bit but this trip was special. I enjoyed the trip so much and was blown away by the professionalism of Holiday In Egypt, that I'm currently planning my next trip to Alexandria and Petra. - CMChristine· October 9th, 2024I and my family decided to book the 8 day Cairo, aswan, luxor, hurghada tour, operaedby Holiday in Egypt. Egypt as a whole, is a beautiful and exotic country. Full of mystery and history and take your breath away sights. Despite what's going on in the middle easy, Egypt is safe for travel. And the customer service at Holiday in Egypt will take care of your every need. Our tour guides (Sohaila and Ahmed) are passionate about showing you the best of Egypt and are knowledgeable and interesting. I HIGHLY recommend them both. The things you'll see in egypt are breath taking and it's helpful to have these guides to help you make sense of it all. The cruise facilities are simple but beautiful. There are some hiccups here and there but overall a great experience. Hurghada was a great way to end a busy tour through the ancient relics, as it provides a much needed rest at a beautiful resort. - PCPaula· September 26th, 2024We loved this tour. The guides were amazing (Rabar in Cairo, Hassan on the Nile Cruise). We were looked after in every respect, from arrival to departure. Remember to factor in tips and entry fees in your budget (about $175USD per person) although it would possibly be better to tip yourself in Hurghada as the staff never saw us give tips and they weren’t as happy. Otherwise most everything else is included including meals and water ( we bought a bit more as we drink a lot but this is a minor expense).
