  I am thinking of taking one of the tour dates in June that ends on a Monday. It shows that your tour will end at Cairo International at 5:00 p.m. I have to fly from Cairo to Rome that same day. The latest flights are at 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Ending at 5:00 p.m. will be too late. Is there any way to get to the airport earlier on that Monday? My second question is if you could tell me the name of the hotel where we will be staying the first night. The reason is that I want to get there a day earlier.

    The standard return flight from Luxor to Cairo usually arrives around 17:00. For same-day international flights, we recommend departure after 19:00. We can arrange an earlier domestic flight from Luxor to Cairo. This is subject to availability. This would allow you to catch your international flight comfortably. Planned hotel is Swiss Inn Pyramids Golf Resort or similar 5★ category. If you arrive one day earlier, we can arrange pre-tour accommodation at the same hotel.

    Thank you for your quick response! The last day itinerary shown on tourradar states "Hurghada - Cairo. After breakfast you'll check out and get transferred by air-conditioned bus back to Cairo. When you arrive, your tour representative takes you either to Cairo International Airport or your Cairo accommodation depending on your plans. Tour services wrap up around 5pm." However, your response references a plane from Luxor to Cairo, so I'm confused. On the last day, are we taking a bus from Hurghada or a plane for Luxor?

    The itinerary is correct. You will travel from Hurghada to Cairo by air-conditioned bus. Arrival to Cairo is usually around 5:00 PM. There is no flight from Luxor to Cairo on this program. For your international flight, same-day flights at 3:00 PM or even 6:00 PM will be tight with the standard plan. You can upgrade the return from Hurghada to Cairo by domestic flight instead of bus. This allows earlier arrival to Cairo. Or add one extra night in Cairo after the tour for a relaxed departure. Both options can be arranged based on availability. Planned hotel is Swiss Inn Pyramids Golf Resort or similar 5★ category. If you arrive earlier, we can arrange pre-night stay at the same hotel.

  Do you have any tours that go to marsa alam instead? Or have that as an option?

    At the moment, we do not offer tours that include Marsa Alam, and we are unable to arrange accommodation there.
    
    What we can arrange is Private transfer from Luxor or Hurghada to Marsa Alam and return transfer if needed.
    
    The stay in Marsa Alam can be arranged independently on your side.
    
    Alternatively, the current itinerary includes Hurghada, which offers a wide range of beach resorts and sea activities within the program.

    Regarding the sleeper train in the 8 Days Pyramids (GEM visit) and Nile Cruise Aswan - Abu Simbel - Luxor - Hurghada tour, the train cabins are private. Since you are traveling as 1 adult, you will have a private cabin for yourself. The sleeper train includes: Private cabin, Dinner and breakfast on board. This is already included in your package. If you prefer, we can also arrange a domestic flight upgrade instead of the sleeper train for additional comfort. This can be added at the time of booking, subject to availability.

    Yes, you and your friends can upgrade from the sleeper train to a domestic flight from Cairo to Aswan. The upgrade cost is 140 USD per person. This will replace the overnight sleeper train with a 1-hour flight and includes the required transfer arrangements.

  We are interested in this tour but concerned about how much walking is involved. Do you provide transportation from the boat docks to all the temples and back to the boat? Also, if we choose to fly from Cairo to Aswan, will we be picked up at the airport in Aswan to go to the hotel, and is dinner included? As well as breakfast the next day?

    Walking: There is some walking involved at the temples, but we arrange transportation from the docks to each site so you don't have to walk long distances.
    
    Flights to Aswan: If you fly from Cairo to Aswan, our representative will meet you at Aswan airport and transfer you.

    If we get "Visa Upon Arrival", and granted we will have no problems at the counter, will our pick up person wait for us until we get through?
    We won't have check-in luggage so no waiting there.

  I can't find any information about the cost of the Abu Simbel optional tour, how long it takes, and what people do who don't choose to go on it. Do they miss the Kom Ombo tour? I have the same question about the optional hot air balloon tour. Why can't you include this information in your brochure?

    The Abu Simbel tour is available as an optional excursion during the booking process. The cost is USD 125 per person, and it is an all-inclusive guided tour (transportation, guide, and entrance fees). Guests typically spend around 2 hours exploring the Abu Simbel temples. If you choose not to join the Abu Simbel excursion, you will remain on board the Nile cruise and enjoy the ship's facilities. You will not miss the Kom Ombo visit, as it is included in the main itinerary for all guests.
