    You can go ahead and book the tour as a single traveler for now. If your friend (or another friend) decides to join later, we can change the room to a twin or double room and adjust the price accordingly at that time.

    Our company policy requires a down payment to confirm the booking and the remaining balance to be paid 60 days before the tour start date. We work with competitive rates and early contracts. This is why full payment is required in advance. It allows us to secure accommodations and services at the best available price and avoid last minute rate changes. For this departure the remaining balance would need to be completed before mid February.

  I'm interested in doing the tour that starts on 20 April and finishes 29 April. The only problem is that I need to leave Egypt on 28 April. Would it be possible to finish the tour in Hurghda on 28 April and get a reduced tour cost or get to Cairo on 19 April and stay at hotel for free instead if staying on 29 April?

    Unfortunately, there is no cabin available on the cruise ship that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children in one room. All cabins are designed for a maximum of 2 guests only, so for a family of four, two separate cabins would be required.

    How do we ensure getting on the right train and the ease of finding our cabin? Is the food at the Iberatol resort based on local cuisine? We love Egypt's cuisine. Also, would we need to add the additional night, in the list of options, if we are to spend a day in Alexandria? What is the cost to add this day and trip?

    You don't need to worry at all about finding the right train or your cabin. Our local representative will escort you to the sleeper train, handle the check-in process, and personally ensure you are placed in your correct cabin before departure.
    
    All meals at the Iberotel are served buffet-style, with a wide variety of options. You'll find plenty of authentic Egyptian dishes available daily, and there is also a special Oriental/Egyptian night featuring traditional local cuisine.
    
    An Alexandria day tour requires one free day either before or after the main package. You may proceed with booking the main tour now. Once you have your international flight details, simply send them to us and ensure you have one free day in Cairo. We can then add an extra night at the same Cairo hotel and arrange the full Alexandria day tour for you. All of this can be added smoothly after your initial booking.
    
    Yes, you can absolutely enter the inner chambers of the pyramids. This is easily arranged during the Giza Pyramids tour itself. Entrance tickets are purchased on-site for an additional fee, depending on which pyramid you choose to enter.

  I am planning a family trip to Egypt. We would like to visit Alexandria, Cairo, Nilo River and Luxor. We have 10 to 11 effective days in Egypt.
