Itinerary
- Day 1
Nairobi
You'll arrive at Nairobi International Airport where your tour representative meets you for the transfer to Panari Hotel or a similar property. The afternoon is yours to settle in and rest, or if you're feeling up to it, head into Nairobi's city centre which is only a few kilometres away to get a feel for the capital.

- Day 2
Nairobi to Maasai Mara
After breakfast and your safari briefing, you'll travel through Kenya's fertile highlands down the rift escarpment on a historic road that Italian prisoners of war built during the 1940s. Along the way you'll pass a small chapel at the escarpment's base and the Longonot earth satellite station before arriving at Maasai Mara in time for lunch. You'll settle into Sentrim Mara camp and then head out for your first game drive as the sun sets, getting your first real taste of the reserve.

- Day 3
Maasai Mara
This morning starts early with breakfast before you head out on a game drive through Maasai Mara National Reserve to search for the Big Five and other wildlife. You'll come back to the lodge for lunch and some downtime, then go out again in the afternoon. Later you'll visit a traditional Maasai village where locals share details about their way of life and customs before returning to camp at sunset.

- Day 4
Maasai Mara to Lake Elementaita
You'll have breakfast and then drive north across Kenya's wheat and barley fields to Narok, then cross the Rift Valley plains where you'll likely spot giraffes and gazelles along the way. By midday you're at Lake Elementaita Lodge for lunch. In the afternoon you'll head out for a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, which is known for its large flamingo populations, black and white rhinos, and the endangered Rothschild Giraffes.

- Day 5
Lake Naivasha to Nairobi
Early breakfast gets you started before heading to Lake Naivasha for a boat ride across the water where you'll spot wildlife both in and around the lake. From there you'll leave the Rift Valley and make your way back to Nairobi. After lunch, you'll get dropped off either at Nairobi City Centre or at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport depending on your flight schedule.
