  We booked a 5-day mid-range safari with Migration Venture Africa having heard about them on tourrader. We were booking from the UK and wanted to use a local Tanzanian company - I would definitely use them again. All the staff we had contact with were efficient, friendly and 100% trustworthy and they made the whole process reassuring and enjoyable. Our lovely guide for 5 days - he really became one of the family for the trip and we all enjoyed his company as well as his great driving, knowledge and the kindness he showed to us as well as other guides and local Masai people we met along the way. We saw many beautiful animals but also felt truly immersed in the culture and landscape too. We have spent time previously in south Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Kenya, all of which have incredible wildlife and landscapes but it is the people of Tanzania that will make us want to return again.   Our 5-day, 4-night safari with Migration Venture Africa to Mikumi and Ruaha National Parks was incredible! From start to finish, the experience was well-organized, and the southern Tanzania parks offered a unique, off-the-beaten-path safari adventure. Day 1-2: Mikumi National Park We kicked off the trip with a smooth transfer to Mikumi, where we enjoyed comfortable accommodations and a great introduction to the park. The open plains of Mikumi were teeming with wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, and lions. The guides were exceptional, providing in-depth knowledge of the park’s ecosystems and wildlife. Day 3-4: Ruaha National Park Next, we headed to Ruaha, a much larger and more remote park, where we were treated to stunning views of rugged landscapes, baobab trees, and vast savannahs. We saw large herds of elephants, buffaloes, and lions, along with an incredible variety of birdlife. Ruaha’s peaceful atmosphere made for an intimate and rewarding safari experience. Day 5: Final Game Drive & Departure On our last day, we enjoyed a final morning game drive in Ruaha, spotting cheetahs and other wildlife before heading back to Dar es Salaam. This trip was a perfect blend of wildlife, scenery, and tranquility. Migration Venture Africa provided exceptional service and expert guiding, making it an unforgettable adventure. If you’re looking for a less crowded, authentic safari, the southern parks are a must-visit while highly recommended migration venture africa as your only true safari operator to make it unbelivable!Show more

  Without doubt this is was our best safari trip ever. We had lots of help from Shabaan when developing our itinerary, pick-up from the JRO airport when we arrived was punctual and this was the trend for the next seven days as we traversed Tanzania with guide Makoi. Makoi is an amazing driver, the rains did not faze him as he maneuvered the sturdy 4x4 through the park trails. The trip was a mix of adventurous drives in the bush where we saw numerous animals and relaxed stays at luxurious lodges. I have to give Migration Venture Africa a top marks for organization and execution of the trip.Show more
