The Tour Program (Finalized Itinerary with the Hotels that are booked for the tour) is sent out to travelers 10-15 Days before the tour starts. As of now, the Hotels are still under "Contracted" status as the bookings for them are in the process of being completed, so the list is still subject to change.

For the Coach, it is a Comfortable Modern Coach and can accommodate any Tour Group at Full Capacity without being "Cramped".

The tour ends on September 11 and on the 10th, the group will be staying in Paris. If a customer wishes to cut the tour short by a day, that would be fine, but you will have to arrange the transportation.

On Day 1 of the tour, the Itinerary is Packed from the Meet Up Time (10AM) until the Canal Cruise that ends at around 3PM and then you can either Join the Optional Excursion offered for the rest of the day, or Take it as a Free Time and enjoy the city on your own. Regrettably, we can no longer assist with transfers and it is not included in the package. We recommend using public transport for airport-to-hotel transportation.
