For the 16 May 2027 departure, you only need to pay a 10% deposit of the tour cost to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid later, so you do not need to pay the full tour cost immediately. Regarding cancellations, the applicable cancellation charges are: 60 days or more before departure: Loss of deposit 45 to 59 days before departure: 20% of the tour cost 30 to 44 days before departure: 40% of the tour cost 15 to 29 days before departure: 70% of the tour cost 14 days or less before departure: 100% of the tour cost So, if you cancel 60 days or more before departure, you would only lose the deposit rather than 20% of the total tour cost.

This was a very busy trip! It should be disclosed that this is more like vacation boot camp. A lot of time on the bus and minimal time to explore at the stops between stays. Constant moving of the suitcases was rough. Wouter our driver was wonderful! Ilde was a little brash at first but got better as the days went on. Day 1 I was looking for an escape. It was extremely frustrating that we were not allowed to use the bathroom on the bus unless it was an absolute emergency. And if you did use the bathroom, you were shamed. That was the worst part of the whole thing! It felt like we were children forced to use the bathroom at every stop whether you had to go or not because of this situation. We did get to see some cool things but I would never do this again.Show more

Sam our driver and Myra our tour guide were absolute stars. Both went out of their way to make our experience the best it could possibly be. If you have limited time and want a great taste of 7 countries in 8 days, then do this tour. Accomodation varied but was great some nights and average on others. The included meals were great and pleasantly surprised me. Overall, a very good tour at a great price, made even more special by Sam and Myra taking amazing care of us.Show more

Basically you paid to be on coach bus...being driven from one place to other and stops are made at places where driver legally needs to take legal break/rest thus resulted in the itinerary. If you really need to enjoy the trip you need you need to opt for their opentional tours which will add priority 1000 euros plus so, you tour cost has almost doubled. Hotel far away from the city center (mostly at the airport) and if you didnt opt for tours then you have spend money on local transport to visit local attractions this is part from your two times meals Hotel is Venice was a joke so was the included meal at Frankfurt... Hotel ran out of potatoes, we were four people at the table and no one was able eat the included meal Only best part of this trip was, bus driver was fantastic! Hence the review stops with poor and not bad!Show more
