  This is a must do when you are in Lembongan! Chris was very helpful during the time of booking and throughout my entire stay. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I had a great time at Isla Indah. I also loved the instructors at Monkey Surfing! It was my first time surfing, so I was super nervous. Thankfully, all the instructors made sure that I felt ready and safe before we went into the water. I was smiling and laughing during the entire lesson thanks to Planet, Darma, and Kadir.Show more

  Nusa Lembongan is an amazing little island and we really enjoyed our time there. It was our first time surfing and we felt both safe and motivated by the instructors during our time there. They were patient, friendly and encouraging, making sure we all had a great time. By the end of our first lesson I was able to get up by myself. Highly recommend these guys!Show more

  The location is perfect, close to the beautiful beach and the main area of shops and restaurants. I really like the smoothie bowls and the smoothies! But all the food that I tried was very tasty and healthy. The yoga is given in a new studio next to the rooms. I really enjoyed the classes and for me it was a perfect combination with surfing. I never surfed before, but the instructors helped me so much to feel comfortable on the surfboard. There was also a Qigong class that I attended in the yogastudio, Qigong was new to me but I felt very relaxed after the class. Can recommend to try it! If you like to have an active holiday and some relax on the beautiful beach... With good food, nice people around you and friendly staff, you are on the right place at Isla Indah Retreat!Show more

  Hi Marina, We just have seen your review and we are quite astonished by it. "Customer service was also not so great." We kindly remind you that you decided to change your dates of stay with us last minute and we reorganized everything for you free of charge (normally last minute = cancellation fees). Extra work for us that you seem not to appreciate. It is a shame also you complain about the electricity cuts (not caused by us). These happen everywhere on the island and more especially randomly (the Indonesian electricity company doesn't give us any warning before they cut the power and each time we don't know for how long). About the accommodation if you didn't like it you could have communicated with us (we are both available on front desk or message !). During your stay with us you did not complain a single time (actually it looked that you were happy and having a good time). Usually people who travel to Nusa Lembongan understand they will be on a tropical island so things won't be as comfortable as in the city. It would be better to research first where you will be going instead of bashing us for whatever reason you will find because in the first place Nusa Lembongan was not a place meant for you.
