    Hi Marina, We just have seen your review and we are quite astonished by it. "Customer service was also not so great." We kindly remind you that you decided to change your dates of stay with us last minute and we reorganized everything for you free of charge (normally last minute = cancellation fees). Extra work for us that you seem not to appreciate. It is a shame also you complain about the electricity cuts (not caused by us). These happen everywhere on the island and more especially randomly (the Indonesian electricity company doesn't give us any warning before they cut the power and each time we don't know for how long). About the accommodation if you didn't like it you could have communicated with us (we are both available on front desk or message !). During your stay with us you did not complain a single time (actually it looked that you were happy and having a good time). Usually people who travel to Nusa Lembongan understand they will be on a tropical island so things won't be as comfortable as in the city. It would be better to research first where you will be going instead of bashing us for whatever reason you will find because in the first place Nusa Lembongan was not a place meant for you.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before April 9th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 9th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Monkey Surfing. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Monkey Surfing will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Monkey Surfing" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
