Yes, it is possible to add extra nights either before or after your Contiki Kenya Adventure tour. The maximum is 1 additional night on either end. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Breakfast is included with all pre/post nights. During the tour, the Trip Manager will present optional experiences/free-time add-ons. The booking is processed via the TourRadar website.

We can certainly note Halal food as your special dietary request on your booking. Our team will be aware of this preference to help ensure your meals are arranged accordingly wherever possible during the tour. Additionally, Contiki tours have an age restriction, requiring guests to be between 18-35 years old to participate.

I was really impressed by this tour as I was unsure what to expect of a traditionally "party focused" company doing...
I was really impressed by this tour as I was unsure what to expect of a traditionally "party focused" company doing an African safari. I have to say I was blown away. This is a very different type of Contiki with local guides and drivers who are professional and friendly as well as being open and knowledgeable about local culture and customs - plus the animal and landscape knowledge. We saw four of the big five on our first game drive and while the animals seen is beyond anyone's control, it was an incredible experience. We were blessed with sun and rain and the team made sure we didn't miss out on anything, even when it rained. There are plenty of game drives to give you the best chance of seeing as much as possible. The vehicles are comfortable and everyone gets a window seat. The accommodation exceeded my expectations and the staff at each lodge or camp were exceptionally helpful and friendly. This is the perfect trip for anyone wanting to see the animals of Africa (especially elephants and giraffes) and the scenery of East Africa, including the elusive Mt. Kilimanjaro.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 8th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 8th, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Contiki. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Contiki will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Contiki" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
