  I completed the Everest Base Camp trek with the Pasang Sherpa team. The trip was wonderful, and the 12-day trek was an unforgettable experience.   I have used this company twice and they are phenomenal! I accidentally gave them the wrong arrival flight details and made them wait for a few hours. However this did not deter them from picking later that day on time! My guide, Nuru, was constantly making sure I was okay and was VERY helpful! I definitely recommend him!   We had such an epic experience! We had never really done anything like this before, but we are both quite active and trained for this trek for about 5 months before hand, with weighted packs, as we decided to carry our packs ourselves and hot hire a porter. It definitely helped! The views are absolutely breathtaking. The landscape changes so dramatically as you make your way to EBC, you feel like you’re in a different part of the world each day! Pasang was super great- he tolerated us and our sassy jokes like a champ, and really came through getting us back to Kathmandu on time for our return flight home when we were stuck on the mountain due to bad weather and flights getting cancelled. I’d recommend having a few buffer days before and after your trek just in case! It was definitely the experience of a lifetime, and we were so happy to have done this!Show more

  I can’t begin to express to you the incredible experience I had on this trek. I am someone who travels for work, for fun, for life experiences. The trek I went on with Pasang and Nema is something I will never forget in my lifetime. Typically I coordinate my own travels, this is my first time going on a trip I hadn’t planned myself, and let me tell you it was an epic adventure! From the moment arriving into Kathmandu, everything was seamlessly coordinated and so exceeded any expectation I could have ever imagined. The warm welcome our group received upon arrival and continued to have our 13 day trip is unlike any trip I’ve ever been on. The laughs, the sights, the culture, the world perspective I gained on this trip will stay with me forever. Our accommodations throughout the trek were the most “at home” feeling I’ve had in years. The kindness we were shown, the views, the food (which was all DELICIOUS) I will never be able to put into words what all of that meant to me. I’d just like to say such a big THANK YOU, to Pasang and Nema! We would have never made it the the end without you. Both of you will always have such a special place in my heart for the amazing adventure you gave our group. I hope to see both of you in the Himalayas soon!Show more

  This trip was my second to Nepal in as many years and was equally as inspiring as the first despite being an entirely different sort of trek and experience. Originally we had planned to only trek to Amadablam base camp and requested an itinerary that reflected that possibility. The organizer at Mount Adventure Holidays created an itinerary that vastly exceeded my hopes. I did not believe we had enough time to trek the EBC, but as it turned out, as everything went exceedingly well (likely due to the coordination well before our arrival), we were able to complete the trip one full day earlier than the itinerary called for and we enjoyed that time on our descent, spending an extra night along the route on the descent. On all fronts, our expectations were exceeded at every level. From accommodations and transportation (which were all more luxurious than our previous year's trip), to the selection of tea houses and exceptional freshness and quality of food options along the trail, this trip was a successive series of stunning experiences, vistas, insights, and opportunity. Pasang Sherpa and Nima (our two guides on this trek) pulled out all the stops to ensure we had the best experience possible, and on several occasions, it was made abundantly clear to us that Pasang and Nima's presence made ALL the difference to our successful bid to both enjoy this trek, and find success. Not only would I recommend Mount Adventure Holidays for any regional guiding needs in Nepal and the surrounding areas, I would NOT recommend anyone else. I will be returning to Nepal in October 2019, with Pasang Sherpa and Mount Adventure Holidays to attempt the Mera Peak expedition.Show more
