- Day 1
Nairobi
Your driver meets you at Nairobi International Airport and takes you to the hotel. Since check-in doesn't start until 2:00 pm, arriving early means booking a pre-night stay if needed. The afternoon is yours to settle in and relax by the pool or grab a bite at one of the two on-site restaurants.

- Day 2
Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve
Head out from Nairobi early and drive through Kenya's highlands, then down the Rift Escarpment on an old WWII-era road. The route takes you past wheat and barley fields and through Narok before reaching Zebra Plains Mara Camp in time for lunch. After eating, you'll go out on your first game drive where giraffes, zebras, impalas, and buffalos come into view below the Oldonyo Oloip Ridge.

- Day 3
Maasai Mara National Reserve
After an early breakfast you're out on a morning game drive looking for the Big Five plus antelopes, gazelles, and wildebeests. Back at the lodge by lunch, you'll rest during the hottest part of the day. Later you visit a Maasai village to see how locals live, then head back out for an evening game drive before returning to the lodge for dinner.

- Day 4
Maasai Mara National Reserve to Lake Nakuru National Park
Following breakfast, you leave the Maasai Mara and travel north through wheat fields toward Narok, then climb the Mau Escarpment where giraffes and gazelles often appear. By midday you reach Lake Nakuru, where thousands of flamingos turn the water pink. After lunch, the afternoon game drive lets you see black and white rhinos, Rothschild's giraffes, buffaloes, leopards, zebras, and lions before sunset dinner at the lodge.

Lake Nakuru to Amboseli National Park
You'll have breakfast then take a one-hour boat ride on Lake Naivasha to spot hundreds of bird species and hippos in this high-elevation Rift Valley lake. From there, drive to Nairobi for an early lunch, then head south to Amboseli National Park. Arrive at Ol Tukai Lodge by late afternoon and unwind by the pool, knowing Mount Kilimanjaro sits just beyond the lodge at the park's edge.

- Day 6
Amboseli National Park
A hearty breakfast fuels your morning and afternoon game drives across Amboseli's dry lake bed, grasslands, and acacia woodland. Rhinos, giraffes, gazelles, lions, cheetahs, and leopards roam below Mount Kilimanjaro's shadow while you also spot plenty of birds. A warm picnic lunch breaks up the driving, and by late afternoon you're back at the lodge for dinner.

Amboseli National Park to Nairobi
Eat an early breakfast with final views of Mount Kilimanjaro before heading north toward Nairobi in the morning. The drive crosses the Athi Plains and gets you to the capital or airport by around 1:30 pm for your next travel plans.
