When exactly should we land in Nairobi if the first day of the tour is 18.11.26 and when should we book a connecting hotel?

You may book your flight to arrive in Nairobi on 18 November 2026. As indicated in the itinerary, the shared safari package includes an overnight stay at Eka Hotel, Nairobi. The safari will commence on the morning of 19 November 2026, departing Nairobi for Amboseli National Park. However, if your flight is scheduled to arrive late in the evening on 18 November, we would recommend arriving a day earlier, on 17 November 2026. In this case, you may arrange your own accommodation in Nairobi for the night of 17 November. Arriving on 17 November will allow you time to rest and enjoy a relaxed day in Nairobi on 18 November before the safari begins on 19 November.

As we are planning our trip I would like to know if it is possible to be picked up at a hotel of our choosing in Nairobi in the morning and start the safari directly from there? We would be flying into Nairobi a couple of day before the safari in order to come down from our demaning jobs and also to expore the city. Would it also be possible to end the safari in Mombasa at a hotel of our choosing, as we would extend our stay in Kenai enjoying your beautiful beaches?

Our group tour is having a fixed itinerary including 1-Night in Nairobi, however pre night in Nairobi or Post night at Mombasa can be of client's choice and we can surely arrange a pickup and drop off to that hotel too, however the location should not exceed city limit.
