Yes, we do operate this trip in reverse—from Victoria Falls to Cape Town. However, please note that the reverse itinerary is available as a camping trip, not in the hotel/lodge style.

Can you tell me if we actually go into the Okavango Delta. How do you obtain a zambian visa? Are there many solo travellers on this trip?

You will stay at a lodge near the Okavango River and have the opportunity to take a mokoro along the river for wildlife viewing. This allows for close wildlife encounters which is a once in a lifetime experience! During this trip you will visit South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia. It is your responsibility to obtain any visas required for this trip. There are at least 3 solo travelers on this departure.

Do you have to pay a solo person supplement? Which is the best month to go for good weather?

Between September and May, it is considerably warmer with the time between October and March being the hottest, getting up to the high 30Cs (around 100F) and sometimes above. However, it is always a dry heat and the temperature does drop at night. The wet season is between November and February, but this is not a bad time to go, as it generally does not rain for very long. If you'd like the flexibility to book your own private room for the duration of your trip, for a small added charge, you can choose to add a single supplement from £ 750.

Do you povide airport transfers? If no, can you arrange for me and at what cost? Does the safari truck have a/c? I am a solo passenger and would like a single room. Do you have availability?

Exodus provides one group arrival transfer from the airport, which is timed to coincide with the arrival of a chosen flight from London, UK. You may join this transfer at no extra cost, provided you can be at the airport before the transfer leaves. There's a group departure transfer to Victoria Falls (VFA) for customers who Exodus booked onto a chosen flight to London, UK. The vehicle normally used for this trip is a specially modified safari truck. Seating is forward facing and the windows are large and easy to open.

What is the solo supplement for this trip? I am looking at the June 15 trip.

The June 15 trip, its a camping departure and not a lodge departure. The single supplement is USD $450.

will there be hot water during the trip? how can I obtain cell data through out the trip in those 4 countries? would I need sim for each one or one sim for each country? how does airport transfer work?

Regarding hot water, it is certainly available for the Hotel and Lodge tour. Wifi is available about half the time but not always very reliable. Typically yes, quite easy to pick up a pre-paid SIM while you are in destination, you can certainly pick up one in South Africa. You can consult your phone provider as well to see what plans they may have. Airport transfers are included for those on the group flights. If you require airport transfers, you may (by prior arrangement only) be able to join the group transfer. Transfers are arranged to coincide with the arrival time of the group flight.

  If I went in September am I going to see much wild life and will Vicoria falls be full flowing. Please tell me the best month to travel to get the most out of my trip of my trip. I dont particulary want o be cold at night. I dont mind sharing accomodation as I believe it is quite basic anyway.

  The best time to see Victoria Falls depends on what kind of experience you're after. Best for Full, Thunderous Falls (High Water Season) February to May (just after the rainy season). Pros: The falls are at their most powerful, with an incredible volume of water and mist. Cons: The mist can be so heavy it obscures the view (especially on the Zimbabwe side), and you might get very wet. Best for Views & Activities (Low Water Season) September to December. Pros: The water levels are lower, so you can see the actual rock face and formations, especially on the Zambian side. Cons: The falls aren't as thunderous, and parts (especially on the Zambian side) may be nearly dry by late October. Balanced Experience June to August. The falls are still flowing strongly but with less mist than the peak season. Weather is also cool and pleasant great for safari combinations.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your tour.
