Would this be a guaranteed departure for a tour departing 5th June?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any departures a year from now. Given that this is one of our best-sellers, we usually have all the groups depart, but of course we cannot guarantee that this will be the case for next year as well. The group has started filling up and we need 2 people to guarantee the departure. But again, please keep in mind that we cannot foresee any unpredictable situations and say that 100% the group will depart. But for now, as usual, we have high hopes that, as a best-seller, this group will fill up and be fully booked.

Is it possible to join the tour in Belgrado, on the secund day?

Yes, it is possible to join the tour in Belgrade on the second day. Of course, we will have a re-calculation of the price and we will remove the supplement for 1 extra day in Sofia.

My wife and I need to book a hotel for two nights before and two nights after

The website says the cost is based on a private single room, but the accommodation section says the rooms are shared. Can I confirm whether the cost listed on the site reflects the cost of a single room? And if not, perhaps update the description so people don't book the wrong thing.

The price is based on double occupancy. If you prefer to stay in a single room, a single room supplement will apply and will be added to your booking. Alternatively, you may request to share a room with another traveller. Please note that room sharing is subject to availability, as we need to match you with another guest who has also requested to share. If we are able to find a suitable roommate, the single room supplement will be removed from your booking balance.

Are all of the 2027 dates listed or will there be additional dates added later? I am hoping to travel in mid-september. I see that was an option for 2026, but I am not seeing that as an option for 2027.

At the moment the presented departure dates for 2027 are available. We cannot confirm if there will be more dates.

I am very much interested in this trip however I cannot start on Sept 19 due to a prior commitment however I wish to join on Sept 22nd, is it possible to join on Sept 22 from whereever you are?

Can I join the tour in Belgrade on day 2 and skip the return to Sofia on the last day?

It is possible for the client to join the group on day 2 in Belgrade.

Now with this knowledge we are going to choose our favorite places and go for longer stays. The tour itself was pretty organized. Our tour lead Galia was very friendly and accommodated our needs and kept the group together even though this group was awesome. The driver Bobi (Bobby) did an excellent job to get us around safely. Only issue was the leak from the bus ceiling when it was raining outside (it rained inside too). I hope this glitch will be taken care of for the future tours with this bus. Hotels were adequate and most of them in good locations. A few did not have elevator which was mentioned in the documents and we were prepared for it. overall, very good experience.Show more

Her knowledge was incredible and she managed all the people and everyone's personalities really well and gave us a lot of excellent information. Our bus driver Bobby was fantastic. He made me feel safe while he was driving through some very difficult situations. The cities that we visited starting in Sofia, Bulgaria, then to Serbia and Belgrade and Bosnia, Sarajevo, Dubrovnik, Kotor in Montenegro, then over the mountains into Albania and Kosovo and north Macedonia, then back to Bulgaria. It was the most fun and interesting and fascinating tour I have ever been on and I would highly recommend it.Show more

I am still thinking about the trip and I have so many great memories. I am also in touch with other people from the group and I am planning a visit to Irland in August to see one of my new travel-friends. Eastern Europe have so much to offer in help to understand my own history in Northern Europe and to understand the concern and tension better in the region and in Europe. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
