As TourRadar is a marketplace, any credits and booking changes need to be handled in line with the tour operator's policies, and we will support with communication where needed. You currently hold a direct booking with them. To proceed with a new booking through TourRadar and have the travel credit applied via our platform, you would first need to cancel that direct booking with G Adventures. Once that has been cancelled, please let us know so we can help you with rebooking through TourRadar and coordinate with G Adventures regarding the use of your travel credit.

I am planning a solo trip. I want to do it under a tighter budget and I want to do it in the first 15 days of September but I am open to other windows. Do you have group trips?

What animals are we expected/guaranteed to see in Masai Mara safari trip?

We can never guarantee any wildlife experiences. With that being said, we do our absolute best to ensure as many different animals are seen during your safaris, and your safari guides will keep this in mind at all times. The big 5 animals (elephant, giraffe, lion, leopard, buffalo) are always at the top of our list for viewing, as well as cheetah, wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, birds, etc.

Does the listed prices include flights or not?

Our tours do not include international airfare.

What would be the single supplement on this tour and do you expect it to sell out.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to create a custom itinerary. We can do a Private Group of one of our existing trip itineraries but it will be more expensive for a group of 4 people.

We'll be arriving late on day 1 of the tour, the briefing day. Can we get a late briefing? Or can we do it early in the morning when the tour begins?

Please note that you may not arrive in time for the welcome meeting on day one, your tour leader and group members will glady catch you up to speed, not to worry!

Our transport was a van but it made it there and back and wasn't too bad for game viewing. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Accommodation is a basic tent with bed and mossie net but was all we really needed. Meals were good and there was always plenty. While the trip is advertised as 4 days, it's only 3. I would have enjoyed having an extra day to spend in the Mara.Show more
