Do you offer Indian food (Lunch and Dinner) along with Breakfast at the hotel? We prefer 4 to 5 star hotels.

Our tours are sold as complete packages, and the hotels used would not be customizable. We are also unable to make special requests for foreign cuisine, the food served will be local food with western options.

How can I manage airport transfers when there are changes in the accommodation not communicated?

Communicate with your guide or tour operator as soon as possible to rearrange your transfer according to the new accommodation details.

Are airport transfers included in our tour package?

Airport transfers are not included in the basic tour price but can be added for an additional cost.

I would love to join your guided trip, but I have few questions before I can make the final decision and book the tour. 1. what is your cancelation policy? I have an Israeli passport and will have to get a visa for entering Zimbabwe few weeks before the trip. I would like to make sure that I will have an option to cancel trip in case I have problems with the visa. 2. Does the tour start and ends at the same point? (Cape Town) 3. I am 33 yo, I would love to know if I will meet people around my age in the group?

Our policy is to pay a deposit of 20% of the tour cost. If you cancel before 30 days of the start date, the deposit is kept on file to be reused. If cancelled within 30 days, non-refunable fees will be appleid to your booking. This tour starts in Cape Town, South Africa and ends in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. On our 14th April departure, there is currently one confirmed, and they were born in the 1960's.

How can I ensure I have adequate travel insurance for emergencies?

Travel insurance should cover medical expenses, evacuation, and repatriation for a total of at least $200,000.

Where should we fly out from to go back to SFO after the trip ends with Victoria Falls?

Several options are available. Victoria Falls have an airport, so you can fly back from there (probably via Johannesburg or Cape Town). You can also cross the border and fly from Livingstone. Most travellers fly from Victoria Falls.
