Do you have any additional information on what we would see with the extra tours that can be booked such as the Cape Point Explorer Day Tour, West Coast Explorer Day Tour, and Hwange Afternoon Wildlife Safari Drive?

I would like to join the tour starting on 23 Feb. However, I am not able to arrive Cape Town on 23 Feb. Is it possible if I join the group on 25 Feb in Johannesburg instead?

Yes you can join the tour after the start date, however the price itself would not change with the missed services from the 23rd and 24th February. As well as this, you would be required to make your own way to the groups location at your own expense.

The following activities can be pre booked, everything else is booked locally. Do note however, you can also book these locally too, but they are subject to availability. Our tours are sold as complete packages, and the hotels used would not be customizable. We are also unable to make special requests for foreign cuisine, the food served will be local food with western options.

How can I manage airport transfers when there are changes in the accommodation not communicated?

Communicate with your guide or tour operator as soon as possible to rearrange your transfer according to the new accommodation details.

Are airport transfers included in our tour package?

Airport transfers are not included in the basic tour price but can be added for an additional cost.

Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 17th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 17th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and G Adventures will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "G Adventures" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
- TourRadar is an authorized Agent of G Adventures. Please familiarize yourself with the G Adventures payment, cancellation and refund conditions.
