    Danielle

    Asked on July 27th, 2026

Can you confirm if I need visa to join the Classic Europe tour? I'm U.S. citizen. Your website stated, Probably?

    Visa
    • Expat Explore TravelOperatorWritten July 2026

Based on the current visa information available for your tour, U.S. citizens generally do not require a visa to join the Classic Europe tour and the countries involved, provided the conditions for visa-free entry are met in each country visited.

Disclaimer: We are not visa specialists; this information is for general guidance only. Requirements vary by nationality. For official and up-to-date rules, always check with your local embassy before travelling.

  • R

    Rebecca

    Asked on July 18th, 2026

Wat time of year is best to travel to Europe?

    Tour Details
    • Expat Explore TravelOperatorWritten July 2026

The best time to visit Europe really depends on the kind of experience you're looking for.

Spring (April to June) and autumn (September to October) are popular choices, as they generally offer pleasant weather, fewer crowds, and beautiful scenery.

If you enjoy warm weather and lively cities, summer (June to August) is a great time to travel, although it is also the busiest season with larger crowds.

For festive markets, snowy landscapes, and a magical winter atmosphere, December is a wonderful time to visit many European destinations.

If you're flexible with your travel dates and would like recommendations based on your interests or preferred destinations, I'd be happy to help you find a tour that suits you.

    Asked on July 6th, 2026

Do you customize a Tour for a Big Group, like 20pax?

    Group size
    Tour Details
    • Expat Explore TravelOperatorWritten July 2026

Our tours follow fixed itineraries and, unfortunately, cannot be customized. This means we are unable to modify an existing tour to change destinations, extend stays in specific cities, or adjust the route, such as starting and ending in Prague or replacing Rome with Milan and Lake Como.

    • R

      Rosemary

      TravelerWritten July 2026

Similar to a tour we did with expat explore back in 2022, we would start and begin in Prague where join an event. Target Destinations are only, From Prague to 3day London 3day Switzerland, 2day Milan and Lake Como 2day Barcelona, Spain. This is how I see the route.

    • Expat Explore TravelOperatorWritten July 2026

The issue is that Expat Explore are UNABLE to customize/change the itinerary at all. This means we can run a private tour for you, but it would need to be a tour that is already set up.

if we arrive on 6/13/2027, are we responsible the hotel fee for extra day?

    Accommodation
    • Expat Explore TravelOperatorWritten June 2026

Yes, any accommodation outside of the official tour dates would be at your own expense. The tour package only includes accommodation within the scheduled travel dates covered by the itinerary, starting from the tour departure date.

If you arrive earlier on 13/06/2027, you would need to arrange and cover the cost of that additional pre-tour night separately.

If you would like, I can also recommend convenient pre-tour hotel options near the meeting point.

Will somebody pick us up to the meeting point?

    • Expat Explore TravelOperatorWritten June 2026

There is no separate pick-up service to the meeting point. The meeting point itself serves as the designated gathering location, where you will meet your tour leader and the rest of the group at the scheduled time.

Please also note that we do not offer airport transfers to the meeting point, so travellers will need to make their own way there.
