The bus was cramped and seats were very uncomfortable. No leg room at all. Public transport is more spacious and more comfortable. I was horrified as were many others considering we had 4800km to travel. Too many 6am starts and short breakfasts. Truck stops for lunch were just awful. Most of the hotels were very budget and very small to share. 2 single beds pushed together with no room to even separate them. Expat is very budget but the driver and guide were amazing. I'm so glad we had such a great group or it would of been the worst experience ever. I would not recommend expat to anyone.

The best part of our tour was the tour leader Sarah, she was simply AMAZING. I could sit here and write an entire review on the ways she went above and beyond for every individual on the tour. About the tour itself, the coach was super comfortable and the stops during our travel days were chosen strategically. The travel days also seemed to fly by thanks to Sarah facilitating various games and/or putting on movies! The included food was excellent, and I am a fairly picky eater! There was never a time I couldn't find something to eat and there was always enough to fill me up. There definitely was a mix of hotels, some perfect and others just okay! But nothing we didn't expect on our trip and the better ones were always a nice surprise! The itinerary was definitely fast paced but it really did give you a taste of Europe and possibly places we would want to go back too! We were hesitant going on a group tour but decided that for the cost and the lack of stress of planning was worth a shot. And we are so happy that we did! Not only did we get to coast through our trip with someone else dealing with the issues but we also were able to make 30 new friends from all over the world! By the end of the two weeks we definitely felt like a big family and it was hard to say goodbye! It was a trip of a lifetime, and thank you so much tour radar and expat !!

This was the most amazing trip ever. Peter our tour guide was so much fun and informative. I highly recommend this trip to anyone as this was what I call a taste of Europe. You get to see so much in so little time but well worth it. We met some wonderful people on the trip and got to meet some new friends.

The tour description gave the impression that experiences would be facilitated, when in reality it was only transportation and lodging that was included. There was way too much reliance on public transportation, and the food offered was subpar. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the areas and spoke quite a few languages. He also facilitated cohesion within the group.

Not enough time in places. Too much time travelling on the couch. Horrible experience in one hotel in Montecatini - sink plug broken and sink blocked with dirt upon our arrival to the room late in the evening. Maintenance man was extremely ignorant, shouted and cursed at us in Italian.

The guide, driver were good. Transportation could have been more comfy for senior citizens. The walk tour should be a little small and at low speed since I opted for a senior citizens tour. All hotels should have lifts. Fellow travellers were very nice. Thanks

Great cities and stopovers. Not all hotelsare great. Our hotel room in Rome has no AC. The reception is too far so I had to walk (no choice!) ans asked for assistance to fix the AC. The man arrived after 10min and told us to wait for few more minutes as he assured it's already working. Hours have passed and still not working. Too tired from the day tour, I had no more energy to walk down all the way again to the reception to ask again. The phone available is not working as well. The wifi is not working too.

The trip was everything that we expected and more. Our tour guide, Helen, was excellent at keeping the group on track and informed about the various stops and events. Our driver, Hams, was exceptional. His driving and the handling of the bus but us at easy. Excellent job by both individuals.
