I have 3 nights hotel in Vienna December 30, 31 January 1st. I was wondering if you could somehow include me in your package in Christmas in Prague.

We are unable to offer single-day participation. The tour you have selected is structured for a full 14-day experience. The Christmas packages are designed to be comprehensive experiences that include accommodation and span a duration of 7 days.

Can you tell me what time you expect to arrive back to AMS or on the last day - early/ late afternoon, as I would have to be at the airport at 7.30pm, as I'm hoping to get a flight that evening!

On the last day, the tour is expected to arrive back in Amsterdam by around 7:30 PM, depending on traffic and weather conditions. If you're planning to fly out the same evening, we recommend booking a late-night flight (after 10:00 PM) to allow sufficient time to travel from the drop-off point to the airport and complete check-in procedures.

is it possible to just add 2 more people to this tour for december 2025

we only have 1 seat left for this tour at this point. It is a popular tour due to the festive itinerary but there are instances that some customers who already booked may ask to change dates or even cancel since the tour is a few months away.

I would like to travel in Dec 2025. Please advise availability. Otherwise can you recommend another similar Package?

Are you able to organise airfares from Brisbane Queensland if we book this tour or do we have to book them separately ourselves.

Unfortunately not, you will need to make your own arrangements to get to the meeting destination for the first day of your tour. Make sure you keep departure times and possible delays in mind when booking flights.

Are international flights included in the tour price?

Whilst internal flights are covered for certain itineraries, you will have to make your way to the meeting point for the start of your tour. Are young children allowed?

We have a set minimum age of 10 for our tours, but we're happy to consider younger children on a case-by-case basis. Just let us know your request, and we'll do our best to accommodate it. I had a great experience on this tour. It was very fast-paced and you feel like you don't get enough time in each country, but that's exactly what you've signed up for. If you don't do any of the optionals, you'll have a lot of free time to do things on your own. Some of the optional guided tours were quite boring and you're better off going on your own. Richard was an awesome guide - very helpful and knowledgeable. Our driver, Barry, was also a pleasure to have on the tour. I loved all the people I met on the tour. Except for the last 3 days when I got sick and had to leave the group I had a great time. I am 73 and sometimes carting my luggage was a pain but Richard always made sure I had help when I needed it. It was a whirlwind tour but enough of a sampling that I could decide which countries I would like to revisit at a more leisure pace. Richard is a good tour director. Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 12th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 12th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Expat Explore Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
