Are all the tours before this date (29th June ) sold out or unavailable because of weather etc. We were wanting a tour early June, around the 3rd or 4th or soon after. We cannot extend our holiday beyond the 12th June.

Unfortunately, we only start running this trip in late June due to the best conditions for wolf encounters. While early June is a great time for wildlife watching in general, the best season for hearing wolves is from July to September. During this period, we have a better understanding of where the wolves are located, and the pups have grown bigger, making it easier to hear howling between family members. Of course, it is always possible to be lucky and hear wolves earlier in the season, but this is the reason why we have chosen to schedule this tour from late June onwards. Our scheduled departures begin on June 29th, but unfortunately we currently only have one seat available for that date. I would, however, be happy to explore the possibility of arranging this trip as a private tour just for the two of you. Please note that private tours have a different pricing structure, as the price depends on the number of participants.

We are a family of 5. Parents and kids ages 17,15, 10. We will like to do the trip July 19. Is this trip for families?

We do have a minimum age of 15 years for this tour since the wildlife excursions usually ends late at night, sometimes after midnight, so it is important to be able to stay awake until late. It is also very important to be able to sit still and stay quiet for some period of time so that we don't scare any wildlife away. I would recommend a private tour for you and your family. On a private tour the guide will be able to adjust the itinerary for your needs.

What is the cost of a taxi to the tour starting location if I am late?

A taxi to the tour's starting point from Arlanda airport can cost approximately 5000 SEK.

What are the transportation options at the end of the tour?

At the tour's conclusion, we will provide a train ticket to either Stockholm Arlanda airport or Stockholm Central Station. The train leaves you at Arlanda around 5 pm.

The tour begins at Arlanda Visitor Center, Terminal 5 of Stockholm Arlanda airport, by 3 pm. Our guide will be waiting there with a WildSweden-sign.
