You might miss the first activities, but can easily join a little later.

Is seating at the Rio Carnival reserved by seat number? I'd prefer not to have to fight for a spot or arrive hours early just to get a seat.

Your experienced local guide will take you to all the best street parties around the city, where dancing and joining the crowd is part of the fun. At the Sambadrome, all regular sectors (2 to 11) are general admission, meaning there are no assigned seats. If you would prefer an assigned seat, we can arrange this at extra cost, but keep in mind that the rest of your group and tour leader will be in a different part.

The name of the accommodation is Hotel Casa Nova and the tour only includes 5 breakfasts, at the moment we don´t have vegan options. The cost for the complete tour is $2,779usd in single room accommodation hotel 3*.

We still have spaces available in our Carnaval tour, the pre-nights need to be booked on your own, our hotel confirmed for the tour is Hotel Monte Alegre.

Yes, if you want to skip an activity you can do it, but the price would be the same. If you want a single room, it is possible to arrange this for 2,417 USD.

  You are going to miss the welcome party the first night. Second day you can check in and get ready. About accommodation, if you book a single room, we can move the day accommodation to the end and have a night after the tour, but if you book the shared dorm, you will lose the first night's accommodation, not discounted in the rate.

  What time does the first day start? What will you guys be doing in the first day or two? Can I arrive to Rio de Janeiro airport between 12-2pm on the 12th? Do you have tours that start on 13th or 14th of Feb? What is the price difference between single and shared room? Will shared room be with the same sex and not mixed males and females?

  If you arrive in the afternoon around noon - 2PM on the 12th, you won't miss anything! Planned activities don't start until 6PM on the first day. We offer several tours, but all of them only start on the 12th.
