      On some of the days there are optional excursions which can be pre purchased. The approx. cost of these are indicated by a Pound sign (£) to represent the approx. Cost. The most reasonable ones will just have 1 £, and the most expensive one will have 3 £££.

    How much freedom do we have to go hiking/exploring on our own? I see one day in the itinerary that leaves us to do as we please. We're concerned this trip would be a whole lot of riding/sitting/herding, and not enough walking/hiking.
