Matthew was amazing. World class guide. The tour description did not match the actual schedule (no gondola day #1). Unfortunately, those of us in good hiking fitness were held back by those less fit. That was frustrating to hike then wait over and over again. Meals as advertised. Trail lunches were terrific; allowing for great views and spending time with our group.

"Highly recommend. The hikes were hard, so make sure you are in shape. The altitude is a factor if you live near sea level. The hotel was quaint, but the restaurant there is near Michelin-star-quality food. Did not expect that!! The instructions and guides are super helpful, as is the app. Kandersteg is so amazing. Wish i could retire there. No negatives that i can even think of. Doing it again next year
