  My husband and I enjoyed the chance to see the whole Baltic region; we covered a lot of miles and saw both rural areas and big cities. The guides were good (with the only negative being a few days with 4 different language guides taking turns on the bus mike). Some of our favorite things were boat trips on fjords, a medieval dinner, and learning the history of the different countries.Show more

  We enjoyed the trip. The itinerary was good, the group able to be on time for designated departures (very impressive!), and the hotels nice. The guides did a good job, too. The only downside to us was the days when 4 different languages were used for the bus speakers, so it was constant talking, with only a bit understandable; but luckily we ended up with 2 languages spoken, which was much better.Show more

Some of the guides were rude while some were kind and helpful. the planning of the transportation could have been better, for example the ferry crossing between countries was planned incorrectly and we were made to wait 8 hours for the next ferry. Very unprofessional. Most hotels were good with the busses were very crowdedShow more

  This is a very intense trip so if you want a relaxing holiday, it is not for you. The first four countries were done...
  This is a very intense trip so if you want a relaxing holiday, it is not for you. The first four countries were done with more speed. Long distances mean lots of time in the bus but there are also a number of ferry crossings so seeing fjords is pretty cool this way. Norway is stunning but we didn't get enough time in Oslo. Stockholm allowed a bit of a breather as there was two days here. The Baltics were more relaxed in that each country allowed a full day of a tour and free time. Great for more in depth discoveries.Show more

  Got to see many countries in a very short period of time but it didn't feel rushed. Europamundo is a very professional company and our tour guide is very knowledgeable and ensured all guests were well looked after. The accommodation they arranged were excellent and very comfortable. The coach/bus was very comfortable and plenty of space. I enjoyed meeting people from different countries. This was a very well organised tour and I will definitely travel with Europamundo again.Show more

  Yes ...the tour was fantastic... Very well organized... Hotels are fantastic... Best of all the guide K.N.Bijo...he was the best guide I came across... He is very knowledgeable... friendly... I was amazed by his multitasking abilities at the same time giving best friendly service lvto fellow passengers... I like to mention one particular service he provided... I accidentally forgot to pick up my main luggage at Copenhagen hotel... All my important staffs were there... He worked with me constantly to get the luggage back.. but as ups is not able to deliver the luggage on time.. he talked to the management of Copenhagen hotel to keep it in safe custody.. eventually after a month when tour ends. I picked up the luggage from hotel. .during an after the tour ... He was communicating with hotel about the luggage and provided updates to me.... I think he went beyond his regular duty to help a fellow passengers.. his always similing compassionate face is engraved in my mind...In my opinion I will definitely tell that he is the best tour guide and I am grateful to Tour radar for providing best of best service...prabir sahaShow more

However, due t-o the nature of our services and the multicultural diversity present on our routes, services may sometimes be shared with groups speaking Spanish or Portuguese. Nevertheless, we always ensure that each group has a guide who delivers information according to the language they have booked. In your case, your group had an English-speaking guide who provided all the necessary explanations during the visits. Please let us know if you have any additional feedback.
