The supplier calculates this timeframe starting from the landing time of the flight. Yogur flight landed at 12:30, and the driver had been waiting for you at the meeting point. Your first communication with our call center was at 13:51, and the driver had left at 13:40, after waiting an extra-10 minutes, making a total of 80 minutes, to attend to other programmed services. You were informed by our call center that you needed to reach the hotel on your own. Additionally, as indicated in our terms and conditions available on our website, Europamundo does not assume liability for flight, customs, or airport-related incidents. Europamundo has a professional team of drivers and a modern fleet of coaches that guarantee your safety by strictly observing current regulations (braking system, security axles, speed limits, tachograph, regulated rest and driving time of drivers, etc.). If passengers follow the security protocols and fasten their seat belts, they should not have any issues. Passengers are always advised not to stand up and keep their seat belts fasten while the bus is in motion.
