Your first communication with our call center was at 13:51, and the driver had left at 13:40, after waiting an extra-10 minutes, making a total of 80 minutes, to attend to other programmed services. You were informed by our call center that you needed to reach the hotel on your own. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
