Your first communication with our call center was at 13:51, and the driver had left at 13:40, after waiting an extra-10 minutes, making a total of 80 minutes, to attend to other programmed services. You were informed by our call center that you needed to reach the hotel on your own. Additionally, as indicated in our terms and conditions available on our website, Europamundo does not assume liability for flight, customs, or airport-related incidents. Europamundo has a professional team of drivers and a modern fleet of coaches that guarantee your safety by strictly observing current regulations (braking system, security axles, speed limits, tachograph, regulated rest and driving time of drivers, etc.). For tours departing after September 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
