Your first communication with our call center was at 13:51, and the driver had left at 13:40, after waiting an extra-10 minutes, making a total of 80 minutes, to attend to other programmed services. You were informed by our call center that you needed to reach the hotel on your own. Additionally, as indicated in our terms and conditions available on our website, Europamundo does not assume liability for flight, customs, or airport-related incidents.
