Itinerary
- Day 1
Moshi to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast at your hotel, you'll drive about 2 hours to Tarangire National Park. The park's known for its giant baobab trees, seasonal marshes, and exceptional elephant viewing. From your safari vehicle's open roof, you can watch for buffalo, zebras, wildebeests, and lions, with leopards if you're lucky. Dinner and overnight at a camp or lodge in the area.

Landmarks Tarangire National Park - Day 2
Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
Following breakfast, you'll travel through cooler highlands toward the southern Serengeti, getting there around midday. Tanzania's largest national park has varied landscapes from short grass plains to savannah, bush, swamps, lakes, and rock formations called kopjes. You'll get chances to spot predators and learn about the yearly migration when hundreds of thousands of wildebeests and zebras move through. Overnight at Seronera campsite or lodge.

- Day 3
Central Serengeti
You'll head out early for a full day of game drives through Central Serengeti. There's a good shot at seeing the Big Five (lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and rhinos) along with other wildlife, so keep your camera ready. Back at your accommodation as evening falls. A hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti Plains is available if you want to add that on.

- Day 4
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Game viewing continues on your way out of Serengeti in the early afternoon. Heading toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you'll come across the Maasai tribe living traditionally. Your lodge sits on the Ngorongoro rim and offers views of the crater below for the night.

Landmarks Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Day 5
Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you'll descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro crater for extensive game drives. This collapsed volcano holds over 25,000 mammals including the Big Five, spotted hyenas, rare warthogs, and more than 500 bird species. A picnic lunch happens at hippo pool before heading back to the rim in late afternoon, then it's on to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight.

Lake Manyara National Park to Moshi
You'll eat early breakfast and spend the full day game driving at Lake Manyara National Park with picnic lunches provided. Later in the evening, you'll head back to Moshi or go straight to the airport for your departure.
