I am seeking a travel experience in which I can do some sightseeing tours and have leisurely time to walk through the local communities to sightsee, get the local vibe, enjoy the local food, and maybe do some shopping. I am interested in accomodations as a single preferrably where there are either ground-floor rooms available at a resort or in a hotel with an elevator. I am considering several tours to Sicily and would like to know what you offer that fits my details above.

In regards to the hotels being booked by Tourradar can you tell me if these Hotels provide towels and bed linen? Will our luggage be transported on our touring bus? The Hotel is the Nicolaus Hotel, Bari. While the pick up is at 2 pm with our local guide. Towels and bed linen are included at all Hotels where you will stay during the tour. Luggage will be transported on the vehicle according to the number of participants. No baggage restrictions for this tour.

Is there any possibility of paying an extra price for a spanish/portuguese guide along the tour?

We do have some departures also in Spanish and Portuguese language, however for this year the last availabilities on this tour are for October 2024 otherwise we have to go to 2025.

Yes, that's correct you will be in your own room. It can be added even at a later stage. that's no matter for that.

We did have some bed weather for two of the days but our tour operators and guides made some changes which was much appreciated without missing what we came to see. Finally our driver on the tour, whilst he did speak English that well and us not speaking Italian, provided us with many insights and we made us all smile with our gestures to each other.   Yes of course, there are direct fast trains from Lecce to Rome. Adding 3 nights at the end of the tour you will depart on Nov 2. If you want we can add one day more at the Masseria, that's no problem for that. In that way you ll depart on Nov 3.

  There is not much to walk on this tour, all transfers are included and are by private vehicle. Where there is a little more to walk is in Matera - but the city tour takes place by gig not on foot, and in Lecce on the guided tour. It is by no means a tour that requires any particular physical activity, and there is very little to walk.
