You replaced my reserved hotel (courtyard marriott paris) to ibis hotel. I understand if you have a problem with a hotel to change the reservation to upgraning one not to downgrading, this is not acceptable at all. The resting time on the bus trips were very short we couldn't have enough time to eat, and in one trip we lost one hour because the bus has to go pick up another passengers because their bus was broken. Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 24th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 24th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
