  We were unable to find an ATM that would give us money and places did not take credit cards. Our guide tried to help but we were unsuccessful. Our driver was amazing! We were very impressed with his driving skills as he maneuvered through the crowded streets. He stopped both ways to and from Agra so we could take a break and get food. Great job Raju!Show more

  The tour was everything I had hoped for. From when I originally contacted Joyful, Sonia was responsive, providing tips and adjusting the tour to include the sites I wanted to visit. The tour guides she arranged for me in Delhi and Agra (both female, though I didn't specifically request this) were wonderful - engaging and knowledgeable - thank you so much Alvina and Jaya! My guide at Fatehpur Sikri was also very good, though I don't remember his name. The car was comfortable and Ram was a friendly and reliable driver. The Taj Mahal at sunrise was the highlight, but so much interesting history and architecture in both Delhi and Agra. There were a few of the standard trips to visit artisans, their workshops and attached shops, but I did find some of these very interesting and their wares seemed generally good quality. And when I didn't want to buy I was able to say no and leave. At all times I felt safe and that I was making the most of the monuments I was visiting. A fantastic experience.Show more

  Thank you to our Tourguides and especially our driver Rajuddin, who was very kind, professional and an excellent driver, making us feel safe and looking after us whenever dropping us off or picking us up. The car was very clean and we were provided with lots of cold water whenever needed. The tour was well planned and took us to all the different sights in Delhi and Agra. Especially the Taj Mahal was breathtaking and our guide Vijay provided us with lots of details and inside knowledge. We would definitely recommend this tour when you’re on a tight schedule in Delhi/India and don’t want to miss any of the must-sees! NamasteShow more

  The tour was a good way to experience Delhi and Agra. Everything is organized beforehand so we didn't need to worry about things as we went. The quality of guides (notably all male) is very variable, some better than we could have hoped for, others quite disappointing. Hotel also wasn't as promised a three star but less and quite dirty. On the upside we were more than happy with our driver and the philosophy of the travel agency. The biggest positive surprises by far were our driver Shiva and our tour guide Dilip Singh for Agra! Shiva is very attentive and has a safe driving style in India! During drives he told us stories and explained things we were wondering about, generally letting us take a peak into Indian culture. Our tour guide Dilip surprised us with his extensive knowledge and amazing stories as well as the best photo spots for Agra and protected us from hawkers and explained how to best deal with them. He even offered the tour in German for us and was very easy to understand and answered all the questions we had. His way of explaining made the tour fun and enjoyable. Our tour guide for Delhi was also pleasant but it felt very rushed to move through all stops without taking the time to properly appreciate all of the different things we were seeing. Our guide for Fatehpur Sikri on the other hand did not live up to our expectations, he didn't speak English very well and was hard to understand and seemed to not understand all of our questions as well. He said he was a regular guide and didn't want to get on the hawkers bad side by protecting us. He also pushed us to buy things and kept our change from buying tickets. The hotel also posed a problem for us as we paid quite much for the tour and expected a three star hotel. We were frustrated to see our hotel not meeting general standards for three star hotels regarding safety, cleanliness and general upkeep. The restaurant inside the same building is a good way to find something to eat, as otherwise we wouldn't have had the chance though they also pressure to leave reviews on common websites. The wifi does not work reliably, which can cause problems to tourists who are reliant to it. Generally, we really liked the idea of a women-led company and empowering women from India as well as from around the world. Our contact with Sonia was consistent and attentive. She made us feel looked after and safe. It was a journey that we will surely remember for years to come and treasure in our memories.Show more

  I had a wonderful time exploring Delhi and Agra with our tour guide, Vivek. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the trip. He showed us the most amazing places in both cities, such as the Red Fort, the Qutub Minar, the Taj Mahal, and the Agra Fort. He also gave us interesting facts and stories about the history and culture of India. He was always ready to answer our questions and accommodate our requests. He even helped us find the best places to eat and shop. He made our trip memorable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to visit Delhi and Agra. He is the best tour guide ever! We had a great experience with our driver, Praveen Kumar, who drove us around Delhi and Agra for three days. He was very punctual, courteous, and professional. He always arrived on time to pick us up from our hotel and drop us off at our destinations. He also interacted with us in a friendly and respectful manner. He gave us some tips and suggestions on what to see and do in both cities. He also kept his car clean and comfortable. He ensured that we had a safe and smooth ride throughout our trip.   Wow wow wow! Vivek and his driver deserve 10 stars for our tour! We learned, we laughed and we were looked after from start to finish and every step in between. Our tour was an absolute seamless experience. Vivek showcased the vast contrast of sights in Delhi old and new plus the amazing sights of Agra and the Taj Mahal. Vivek was natural and passionate thoughout his delivery. We learnt so much without even realising! If you want to make the most of your time then you really should book a tour with Vivek!Show more
