The additional charges you pay are – the admission ticket to monuments, lunches, and dinners. The breakfasts are included in all our tours in the hotels. What if any problem occurs during the tour?

What if I am a woman traveling alone or with a group of women?

Absolutely yes! Joyful Holidays guarantee it when you book with us. Your tour will operate 100% as scheduled. If other travelers do not book the same tour on the same day, we will arrange a private tour at Zero additional charges.
Will I have my own room or can I secure my private room?

How can I confirm after "Holding an Option"? And Is it possible to book and confirm without holding an option?
Kindly click the link sent to your email to the booking request page and select the "Book Now" button. This will take you to the payment and checkout page, where you can enter your details and confirm the tour you've selected.

Yes, It is mandatory to have medical travel insurance on all our tours. We, highly, recommend having travel insurance as it saves you from undue expenses in situations of a medical emergency, personal liability, or other emergencies like loss of baggage.
Is tipping included and if not, how much should I budget?
Tips are not included in any of our tour prices and we do not follow rigid guidelines about tipping. It is entirely at your discretion as a small act of appreciation for good quality of service.
How about pre and post nights of hotel accommodation before or after my tour?

What if I arrive a day before my tour starts, are you able to organize an arrival transfer?
Yes, We know how tiring traveling can be. So when you have booked your tour with us, kindly share your flight details, date, and time of arrival. We will give you a smooth arrival transfer. What kind of hotels are used on the tours?
All hotels on the tours are of the 3-star standard and we inspect them regularly to make sure they meet the highest standards.
