  As I sit on our final day in Delhi reflecting on our tour I cannot believe how much we have packed into the last 10 days. Our tour has allowed us to experience so many different areas of India it has been an assault on the senses. I have loved every minute of it. Our driver, Parveen, has been exceptional and made the entire journey top class with his attention to detail, friendliness and helpful nature. Along the way our tour guides have ensured we have had all the information we required about the sites we visited as well as being professional, friendly and joining in with the laughter. The organisation by Joyful Holidays has been top notch and the hotels we have stayed in have perfectly met our needs and provided us with something different in each stay. Whilst all have been great our stay at Serai Bagh in Ranthambore and the Parallel Hotel in Udaipur were exceptional. We leave India with a mountain of memories and a desire to return and explore more. Thank you to everyone in making this trip very special for us.Show more

  Our visit first to India was made special by the excellent organisation and communication by Sonia, and of course, our driver Parveen who was professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. Parveen’s service made us feel relaxed and safe throughout our journey. The hotels were all chosen well for our needs, providing very comfortable stays each with a very good range of restaurant choices. The staff in each hotel provided exceptional service. On our trip the local tour guides were very knowledgeable and passionate and went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience. I would highly recommend using this company for a trip to India and would, without doubt, use them again personally.Show more

Our tour guides in each city were amazing, the hotels were perfect and Parveen, our driver was kind, funny, attentive and so helpful. Do not attempt India on your own.   Our experience with Joyful holidays was nothing short of amazing . From start to finish our entire holiday was seamless and well-organised. We experienced the breathtaking Golden triangle of New Delhi, Agra and Jaipur and also added Udaipur to our trip . We enjoyed the culture , history and beauty of each place . A very special thanks to our driver Praveen who was not only professional, punctual and knowledgeable he was also great fun and became a friend to all of us .   Very disappointed with Sonia from Joyful. Firstly driver did not arrive at appointed time giving us no notification. Sonia apologised and offered us complimentary meals in Ranthambore, for us only to discover all meals were included there! Although we asked for 5* hotels this one wasn’t even starred, was dirty and we needed to be transferred to an equally basic hotel but at least clean. We tried to talk to Sonia but was very hard to contact. When we eventually made contact she stated “don’t call me again, don’t email me or contact me in any way”. Hotels are inferior quality, She offers “upgrades” which are not upgraded at all. Beware of this wolf in sheeps clothing. She is not what she appears to be. Beware of this company.Show more

  My family and I completed an 8 day golden Triangle Tour (Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Ranthambore). Ms. Sonia created a well curated itinerary and the selected guides were excellent in both their knowledge of the sites and english. We loved our driver (request Kapoor!) and enjoyed the Indian sights via a comfortable tour van. Highly recommend choosing this woman owned and run company.Show more

The sites in Agra were beautiful, Ranthambore National Park was wonderful and Jaipur was a bustling and vibrant city. The tour was well organised. We can highly recommend the tour.Show more
