  Overall it’s a wonderful experience. We had an amazing experience on our Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur tour package. Everything was very well organized, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish. A special thanks to our driver Rampal, who was extremely friendly, professional, punctual, and helpful throughout the trip. He drove very safely, was always ready to assist us, and made our journey smooth and stress-free. His kind and welcoming nature made the whole experience even better. We visited some incredible places in Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur, and every part of the trip was memorable. The transportation, coordination, and overall service were excellent.   Trip I just finished my five day tour of the Golden Triangle along with a Tiger safari which I booked through Viator. The local tour company was Julie International Tours and the whole outfit was excellent from my daily point of contact via WhatsApp, Ms Sonia Handa. Sonia was always on point with daily updates, advising me of my driver information and was quick to respond if I had any questions. Sonia also provided great tips on scams to look out for which was very much appreciated. My driver Ram Pal was excellent. He arrived every morning at the time he said he would, responded immediately to my texts if I had any questions regarding the following day and provided information about the destinations to which we were proceeding. My three guides, Jitendra, Sanjay and Rajesh were superb. They really know their information and they were all very easy to understand and quite personable - very willing to discuss cultural differences I asked about. They were also great at providing me insight on some of the political circumstances since 1947 and Indian independence. I appreciated learning that the Western historical view and movie portrayals may not necessarily be as accurate as the reality. These conversations brought the engagement between us to a more human level rather than simply the tourist/guide exchange. It is incredible how smoothly all the logistics worked out each day. All of my 5-star accommodations were top notch. And bonus, I managed to see two tigers on safari. I give this tour and this team five out of five stars. MikeShow more

  I booked this trip last minute, and Sonia did not disappoint. She curated my trip based on what I wanted to see, based on my schedule, even my hotel preferences. She also accommodated my request for a saree shopping stop over for a wedding I am attending. Mr Raju, the phenomenal driver stayed with from airport pickup in Delhi, and drove me to Agra, Jaipur, back to Delhi and off to the airport for my next trip. He also introduced me to the best Masala Chai! Alika, my Agra tour guide was very knowledgeable and also took my pictures in Taj and Fort Agra. Karan, my Jaipur tour guide was wonderful, she was also a great photographer, and also helped me with Saree shopping. Overall, Sonia’s team is very highly recommended, as they truly personalize your travel, making it so memorable.Show more

  We took a slightly abbreviated Golden Triangle tour where we did Jaipur and Agra but not Delhi. Ms. Sonia Handa of Joyful Holidays customized the tour to our needs. She clearly outlined the itinerary and always provided detailed information when we requested it and answered all our questions and concerns promptly. She was easily accessible whenever we needed her help. We chose to stay in 4 star hotels and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean these hotels were. The hotels staff and service were exceptional and buffet breakfasts were included with the hotel stay. Our driver, Mr Shiv Kumar, was excellent. We could never have made our way around India without him. He was courteous, kind and safely got us where we needed to be on time. The tour guides were all very knowledgeable, polite, and presented the information well. They do take you into local artisan shops to demonstrate their crafts and do want you to purchase their goods. It was interesting but I preferred to see more of the sights. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend joyful holidays as they made the experience a memorable one.Show more

  We booked the Golden Triangle tour through TourRadar and had a fantastic experience. Every guide we met along the way was excellent, but we especially want to highlight our driver, Totaram, who truly made this trip unforgettable. Totaram drove us for hours each day through India’s busy and heavy traffic with incredible patience and skill. We always felt completely safe, and the ride was smooth even with constant stop-and-go traffic. He wasn’t only our driver — he became a guide throughout our entire 4-day tour. With his calm demeanor and kindness, he explained so much to us along the way and made sure we were always comfortable. He also ensured we ate at good restaurants, stopped whenever we needed breaks, and truly became part of our journey.   I booked the 6 Day Delhi Agra Jaipur Udaipur Private Tour with Viator. The local operator, Joyful Holidays, is a woman led company, founded by Sonia Handa. I initiated the contact with Sonia through whatsapp. From start to finish the communication's from Joyful Holidays have been consistently prompt and informative. It was great that I could simply text my preferences. I was brought to a carpet shop in Delhi and a stone shop in Agra. I recommend to skip these if you want to maximize your time. I always come out feeling bad for not purchasing anything. With the Internet, the information that you get from the shops can be researched independently. I felt safe throughout the tour. My request for female guides were considered which made me feel more comfortable. I had a great time with Alvina Singh in Delhi. She made me feel like I was just going out with a friend. The second guide Bindu Bisht amazingly managed to give me a solo pic in front of Taj Mahal even if there were many people. Neeru Chauhan in Jaipur was also great. All 3 female guides were excellent. There are few female guides in Udaipur. The male guide Vishal Gurjar made me feel at ease immediately and was very professional. The most significant support came from driver Ajay Kushwaha. He was the driver in all cities. The roughly 7-hour drive from Jaipur to Udaipur was pleasant and the stops were timely. All pickups from hotel were prompt. The car is always clean and I’m grateful that he was able to find things that I left behind as he cleaned his car every morning. It’s comforting to just have 1 driver throughout my tour. It took me a long time to visit India due to safety concerns as a solo female traveler. Sonia and her team put me at ease. I saw a substantial amount of places at a short time. I highly recommend this tour. If you have time, don’t stop at Jaipur. Spend at least 2 nights in Udaipur. It was a nice finale. I will definitely use Joyful Holidays again if ever I return to India.Show more

  We loved every part of our tour. Sonia is so inspiring and amazing, she allowed us to customize our tour and fit so much in during a short 3 day trip for the Golden triangle. Raj was very informative and funny during our Jaipur stop, we would recommend him to all. Mr. Jai was an EXCEPTIONAL driver. We laughed and got so well acquainted with him the few days we were lucky enough to spend with him. He was patient with us when we got caught up in the sights and excitement of India, and made sure we felt safe and comfortable at all times. As two young women traveling in bustling, crowded cities, Mr. Jai was our trusted guide. We would 150% recommend him as a driver. He proudly told everyone our driver was the best driver in all of India.Show more
